Room was clean, bed comfy, front desk employees very friendly and helpful. Because it's in such a central but busy area, appreciated the underground gate-secured parking. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Would surely stay again.

You could write down that you are next to a very noisy street and you can HEAR EVERYTHING inside the room. It was very hard to get some sleep. The breakfest is not a breakfest stop calling it that.

Bath tub was dirty, toilet was loose, every time I sat down, it felt like a roller coaster. Suggestions, don’t stay in the rooms that face sunset BLVD on the weekends. People rev their engines, and race all night to 4 AM, we couldn’t sleep, it was a nightmare. The breakfast is waffles, cereals, coffee. Never again. Room was clean, water pressure in shower was amazing, it’s like getting a shower with a pressure washer.

The staff was very nice. Parking and breakfast included which was a bonus. They had cereal, waffles, yougurt, some fruit. Coffee and tea. Nothing too fancy but decent enough for us. Underground parking was tricky and tight. I think that is the only reason why we would not stay there again. But everything else was great, and I would recommend to other people. They did have an outside parking but it was full when we were parking.
