We had a big SUV which wouldnt fit in the underground parking so we had to make sure we were parked up early enough in the day to get a spot in the off-street parking. We always found a park so it didnt end up being a hassle for us. The breakfast, though basic was good. We didnt know this was included until we checked in. We enjoyed the porridge oats and yoghurt which we took back to our room to eat. The location of this hotel is convenient to many places. We really enjoyed this factor about the property. The room intself was nice, not overly spacious for 4 people but good enough. The bathroom did have a fair bit of mould which was painted over in some areas which was noticable. While there was mould we didnt have issues with using the bathroom.

Room was clean and beds comfy. Very noisy though with a leaf blower or something similar outside for ages in the evening. Our room wasn’t ready as we were early, but they told us to come back in half an hour. We returned at 4.30 and was told room still wasn’t ready. Check is at 4 so it should have been ready. After waiting for 10 mins, we were told we could check in. Great location.

Room was clean, staff was courteous upon checking in. Location is not the best, as it's on a busy road with lots of traffic and noise that can be heard in the room. Lots of homeless people in the area. Secured parking is ideal and offered, which is a plus.

good value for money as you should have breakfast included and parking is also free. we missed breakfast by 10 minutes and were not allowed to have any. This was so disappointing as I had 2 kids which were hungry. The guy was a bit rude explaining that it was not possible.
