The air conditioning was automatically setup, trying to change it we had to call room service every day . Also the capsule, tea section didn’t get changed daily . The bed wasn’t comfortable, and was surprised to find there is no window opening. Or ventilation in the room . The staff was very polite and nice the location is great .

I booked a room with two beds. The website indicated 325 sq feet. At check in, given my VIP status I asked for a good room and was told that all rooms with two beds are the same. Our room could not have been larger than 200 sq feet. We were given an odd shape room, whereas two days later I saw that other two bed rooms were normal shape and much larger. Our shower was clogged for two days. Cleaning service forgot to show up one day. There is no bar to have a drink until after 5 pm, the pool was a disaster but I'm told it's being renovated now. It was not a pleasant stay.

Only there for a night but wished it could be longer. I loved my room with a little door that opened to the outside. The bed was sooo comfy - I’m a snob for a good bed. But the best surprise was probably the robe. I always make sure hotels have robes in the room but this robe was so soft and cozy. Definitely nicer than most, even compared to a recent stay at the Four Seasons for instance. Anyways, just a girl who loves a safe space, a nice bed and a cozy robe! Oh and the flowers were gorgeous. Will stay again!
