Great Stay Inside the Hotel. Negative was the price for parking in the hotel. Parking was $80.00. I parked overnight around the corner for $30.00. Hotel guests should park for free, considering E Central is charging a resort fee with no resort.. Parking is a rip off.!

I stayed here several times in the past and this time the staff was rude. The lady at the front desk who helped was absolutely terrible. The manager who jumped in when I said no need to be rude was absolutely terrible. She talked down to me several times. Had my business but I will tell everyone I know not to stay here.

I had a 5 day reservation. I was there for four days because I had to leave early for familial reasons. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. A name was not left on the receipt but it says cashier no. 8. She said I had to call Expedia since we booked through them, so I called customer service and a representative said the hotel would charge me an extra $160 fee for early check out while the lady at the front desk said there would be no fee. I had to explain this to the representative on the phone multiple times before she gave me a different number to call. When I called this number, the gentleman that answered the phone said he would give them a call, put me on hold and solved the problem within minutes. Overall, the stay was perfect and everything was very smooth. My only issue with the actual hotel was the mandatory valet parking was entirely unexpected. There was no self park option and it was $30 per day or $60 overnight which was extremely inconvenient. We had a great time at the hotel besides these minor issues.

I was genuinely impressed by the condition of this hotel—it exceeded my expectations. If you're planning to catch a concert or event at LA Live, you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and had that fresh “just-renovated” feel. The bathroom was clean, well-sized, and equally modern. Though it’s right across from LA Live, it didn’t feel like I was in the hustle of downtown LA—just close enough to enjoy the energy without the chaos. Its unbeatable location means you're surrounded by endless dining and entertainment options.
