- The room was by the road and the road noise was horrible, uncommonly loud. I had my ear plus on but still one whole night sleepless. - Took the airport shuttle twice. They are frequent (every 20min). But the second one to the airport has urine smell. If you are taking Unite airlines make sure that you go 2 hours before. Because they drop you off at Terminal 4 and the way to Terminal 7 took me haft an hour. - The Front desk was no way close to nice. The first one saw that I wear a mask and wanted to query my health condition (seriously? after Covid and for a person coming from the airport how odd it is to wear a mask?). The second person refused to change room for me for the second night and said I need to go to gas station for earplugs. The third person looked at her phone heads down while taking to me: “checking out?”.

The staff was rude at the front desk when we first entered the hotel for no reason and they were speaking badly of my partner and I in Spanish, which we understood. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I got this hotel because I thought breakfast was included but to my disappointment it was over $20 per person and parking per day was way too expensive. I had my family with me there were already enough expenses we were just not ready for those.

The romms were very outdated but livable. Kinda sketch neighborhood but i felt safe enough. Plenty of places to go around the. I highly recomend the aquarium dubbed largest in US? Across the street. Nice staff covered parking. I think id travel a little further away from the airport next time

Beautiful room with fridge, microwave and pod coffee maker. The smart tv was great as well. The shuttle was easy to catch to and from the airport. Front desk staff were friendly and kind.
