The hotel had several strikes happening outside of the property very early, which woke us up several times. Expedia: You need to make it very visible that this hotel charges $55.00 dlls for parking per day. It was quite a surprise to find out about this upon check in. Your websites has it, but it is not as a visible. This was definitely an inconvenience.

overall, the hotel was very nice. There was issues at check-in with computers going down and being that we got into town so late from our flight it was a very late evening for my daughter who had work in the morning. We had to wait over an hour to be checked into our room and she had to lay on the floor of the hotel lobby while we waited. The only other issue we ran into was we had requested clean towels and we never received those. They did give us free breakfast in the morning to make up for the check-in issues. But overall, the room was very nice. Very comfortable. The area around the hotel had what we needed. And my daughter loved the patio outside being able to play cornhole after breakfast.

The sheets was super hot as well as the pillows. They felt plastic. I stayed 3 days and didn’t receive any housekeeping. I was charged extra fees after paying in full for my reservation after being checked out. I had a rental car and only parked for 2nights I was charged for 3 nights. After calling and trying to get a resolution I was hung up on. The hotel in general was convenient and nice.

Overall the room and hotel were pretty solid. The big issue was the conjoining doors to the room next door have absolutely zero noise reduction. We could hear every word of the conversation our neighbors were having next door. We were awoken throughout the night to conversations that were not loud at all. We spoke in whispers the two nights to maintain some sort of privacy.
