The lounge area was comfortable and well maintained. The guest room, however, had a musty odor and noticeable traces of cigarette smoke. A notable convenience was the complimentary airport shuttle, which provided easy access to and from the airport. The property was also located within a short distance of Sofi Stadium.

I have stayed in your hotel the last night, as I have landed from a long cross Atlantic flight that was delayed by 10 hours, and had to spend the night at lax before a 7am flight that I had to book last Minute due to the delay. From the moment I stepped off the airport doors and until the moment I got dropped off I was dissapointed by the experience in your hotel. I left the airport at 23:10, and only made it to the hotel at 00:35. As I was sitting for 35 minutes waiting to the shuttle, and by the time it arrived it was so packed of people that it took forever to go. Then, the bus driver have started arguing in a very rude manner with one of the passengers, and stopped the bus in the middle of the road to argue with her and her husband, cursing and what not. This is all significant delays, especially due to the fact that my next flight is at 7am, and I booked the hotel specifically with the shuttle to have time to rest.not wait for more than an hour. After I arrived and checked in, the guy at the counter was not welcoming, not answering questions regarding the morning shuttle etc. In the morning I was expecting breakfast even though the early time, given this is a airport hotel and you have guests with 6-8 am flights every day, but I was surprised to find out that is not the case. Even the coffee corner was not available as there was no hot water. The shuttle back to the airport came in time. Overall I am very dissapointed.

Breakfast ran out before everyone ate. Staff said this is all we had. Came down to eat around 9am, breakfast was until 10am but trays were empty and staff reported there was no more food available.

I was made to believe that breakfast was included in my booking and was denied access right at the dining area which was really embarrassing. The front desk personnel was not pleasant and helpful in addressing my inquiry and very dismissal in attitude. I would expect a more welcoming and friendly personality for someone working at the frontdesk/reception.

Transportation from airport is terrible, there are 2 Hilton garden in so I step on bus big letters garden in but driver dined say anything until we are in middle of nowhere and than he drop me off and can’t find any taxi my phone battery was empty can’t call uber was terrible night.
