The rooms are in need of an upgrade. When checking in, the person at the front desk was rude and didnt allow my husband to check us in after i adjusted the reservation with expedia. About 30 mins after, she finally decided to review the notes that he was allowed to check us in.

The staff was so friendly and the property is beautiful but the rooms are very outdated. The toilet kept running non stop and the air conditioner was so loud.

Not quite a 5!

Overall great experience, my biggest gripe was the A/C unit. When would turn off, it sounded like a locomotive roaring thru the ceiling! I assumed it was a common issue since you could hear it coming from vary rooms while walking down the hallway.

Beautiful property, beautiful pool (though 3.5 feet deep.) Lots of free parking, and feels pretty safe. A couple things we didn’t appreciate so much, include the long walk and several levels to all rooms, and surprise higher charge for dog. We are thankful they do allow dogs, but note Expedia says extra $40, yet front desk says $50/night. The long tour up levels to guest room is quite inconvenient if you have pets. Thankfully there is ample space to walk dogs outside. So overall good if you don’t mind the extra walking.
