Needed a 2nd night booked because i never got a response about my early check in request. Grounds and location were perfect for our stay. Annoyed that there was an obvious water glood (broken sprinkler or something) in parking lot. We were hoping over puddles of water to get to our car each day. Not to mention the waste of water in general. Beds (2 doubles) could be more comfortable. Rooms need some renovations or face lifts. Overall we still really enjoyed the grandness and se lution of the resorts location considering the rougher neighborhoods that surround it. Staff was good. Valley guy or person at the parking podium could have been a little more attentive and taken initiative to approach me as i pulled up. Really wish you offerred room service. Instead of requiring me to order then go down to pick up my food... we will still be back considering all this. Just feedback.

I mean the room was OK. I mean nothing to write home about. They just had the lawnmower was going early in the morning which woke us up super early like at 4 o’clock in the morning on a Saturday and then again on Monday so it’s just poor management. I guess it would be and then I made two separate reservations which on Friday when I first checked in, they were supposed to put together and I had to go back downstairs and they had to redo my deposit all over again. It was just a big headache

The staff on reception were super friendly. The room was a little dated and as a family of 4 the two double beds in the room were very small for us. The room was comfortably large and so I would have expected larger beds, especially for the cost of the room per night. The view from the pool was lovely but there was no WiFi down there, which was a little disappointing - again for the cost and the high standard of this hotel, I would have expected. But overall a really lovely stay and we were wowed by the views!
