Thermostat

I always enjoy staying at Homewood Suites but this time when I got to the room it was uncomfortably cold and I could not get the thermostat to operate for heat. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man promptly and I was grateful for that. I suggest that clear instructions for the operation of the thermostat be posted.

This property exceeded my expectations!! The property already had great reviews when I booked and I was not let down. Very professional front office gentleman who checked me and my sis in law in- The rooms were very clean, updated decor and decent amenities- I fell in love with the shampoo and conditioner.
