I thought the property was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel felt safe. The area outside hotel was dirty with a lot of trash and food on the ground, but it was not the fault of the property. Was easy enough to just ignore and walk past. My only issue that I want to bring forward, is that every day looking out our window, in the apartment directly across our room, was a chronic masturbator in the window, fully nude, with lights on like he wanted people to see him. It was every day, multiple times a day. We just shut our curtains and didn't worry about it as we are both adults, but if there had been kids in our room it could have been an issue. Nothing we are complaining about because it is LA and we expected some crazy things to happen, but just a heads up to the hotel property, as others may be more offended then we were. Overall it was a great place, cant beat the price, super convenient area to be in, and great staff. We would come back again.

Parking was full because of how small the garage was, but staff directed us to a parking garage that was around the corner. We were a little skeptical at first but then saw that it was guarded and it was only $20 for the whole day/night we were there which was very good to me. Didn’t feel like I couldn’t trust my car there. Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. Would love to stay here again !

I personally love M6 its the area this one was in that left me speechless... Hollywood has many bums and homeless people plus drug abuser.i was in room 120 and the people in 119 didnt let the party run down it lasted for 2 days just noise

Do not recommend for families. The staff was nice and helpful but to be honest had I know better I would not have booked here or anywhere near Hollywood. Didn’t feel safe and there were people coming and going slamming doors at night.

Staff is so wonderful and welcoming! Our room was decently clean. For the price and location it was a steal! I really enjoyed the mini fridge in the room and the ac works great. The only down fall is you can really hear people walking from the floor above but that’s more because I’m a light sleeper. Overall, would definitely book again.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Stayed for 3 nights and had to have my room key reprogrammed 6 times, so that was annoying, but the staff was helpful every time. Every night was a bit sketchy in front of the hotel, but you are near Hollywood Blvd so it was to be expected. Overall it was a decent place to stay. .

I arrived around 10am and was worry about check in time. The staff so friendly and I received my room at 10.15am😅can't be happier The street so dirty and scary but Motel itself is pretty clean and safe. I heard about bad condition hotel in LA.but now I am so satisfied to book this motel.

Room is comfortable. Area is iffy at night.

The room itself was fine. Mattress was comfortable. However, some guests staying there were questionable. We had neighbors that was loud laughing and shouting until 3am. We asked to switch room the next day and front desk was helpful with that. Outside the building was iffy. Its situated beside public housing. It gets scary at night. People also hung around the main door smoking and chatting. Parking is $30/night. However, you may free street parking down the street.

The clerk checking me in laughed and shook his head at me when I didn't understand his question. This really happened! It felt like a joke, I haven't had anyone respond to me like that since I was a kid, let alone from someone in customer service. I didn't take it personally since it was so childish it was mostly funny, but if the person they have to greet customers has such bad people skills, I wonder about what other dysfunction is going on in that place. I won't be back to find out! There are plenty of other options in the area. I will say, the garage attendant and the person checking us out were quite friendly, with normal people skills that one would expect from a business. What a strange experience!
