The staff was fantastic and the rooms were very clean the only negative is the rooms were a little beat up the flooring was taped down and was a bit of a hazard to walk over also there was no microwave in the room even though we were told there would be. Other than that It was a good stay over all

Immediately off Hollywood Blvd, good food, entertainment, etc I had to call hotel security 3 times as there was a couple arguing / yelling ALL day & night!

Honestly I wasn’t what we expected, our experience was way better than what we expected it was really good 😊 and the guest service people were really nice and helpful I am really happy with our stay in the hotel, i would give more then 5 stars ⭐️ if I could.

Was not informed of parking charge of $30 per day at time of booking. Was told upon arrival. Also there were only 30 spots available for 120 rooms. You had to go to front desk at 7am to reserve your parking for next day. They would not let you pay for multiple days at once. Also. Room smelled like smoke. I called front desk to let them know and they just said they would make a note of it.

Not as nice as the picture shows. Still had a good stay. The first night around 3am there were some loud bangs almost like a construction noise but weird for 3am. The handle on the front door was taped on and loose but other than that it was a good place. Good staff. Great location. Half a block to a portion of the walk of fame.
