Room was ok served its purpose. Key cards didnt work had to go down 4 times to replace keys cuz I kept getting locked out. Tv had limited channels couldn’t watch the football game in my room but my cousin in her room was able to. Parking was a mess called early to reserve a spot they said none available then I arrived and they had a parking spot miraculously for me but I had already parked my car a couple blocks away at a different lot. Slow elevator made it feel like you’d be locked in and would take you to floors you didn’t press.

Upon walking in the room it just smells clean! You can really tell if a room is clean or not just by the first initial smell and all I could smell is fresh linen! The staff in the front desk were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I am going to stay here every time I come to LA!

The bathroom and bedroom were clean, including the beds, but there was no shampoo in the bathroom. There was noise from tenants arguing in the early morning. The bedroom and bathroom floors had adhesive tape covering imperfections, and it was a coffee cup, but no coffee maker. Note: The employees at the reception and parking area were very friendly. Thank you. Best regard.

“The staff was unaccommodating, and the room lacked even basic amenities—nothing provided beyond a single bar of soap. The sheets were dirty, and the air-conditioning unit was excessively noisy, vibrating and banging throughout the stay. The elevator appeared unsafe: the inspection had lapsed, floor numbers were not visible, and the button panel was barely secured with a single screw. Overall, a poorly maintained property.

Great location to see the attractions around Hollywood very simple but extremely clean and comfortable stay and great price as well as luggage storage for us to use whilst exploring. Recommend for quick stays in Hollywood

Hollywood is not the best place to stay in, sometimes felt unsafe. The hotel itself was clean and felt safe inside (albeit some personal items went missing after the cleaners came in and the staff were not really concerned) At night time it was very noisy, the walls are pretty thin. Having said that the staff allowed a later checkout when I had issues with my hire car and allowed me to park in their car park to load cases (Expedia indicated there was no onsite parking but they do have for $30 daily rate)

The room was clean, the staff were friendly & helpful. They have a parking garage for an extra $30/day. There’s also street paid parking. They even had a heart swan in the room made from towels. That was an awesome surprise.
