It was about what I expected for the price. Room was pretty clean beds were tidy. Staff was friendly. Parking was an extra 30$ but can't be too mad at it since it is LA

We were trapped for approximately 5-10 minutes, which caused severe panic and anxiety. During this time, the elevator did not open and operate and did not respond to the emergency button, or the emergency phone did not work and the alarm button. Thank God that we have a signal and we called our family and informed them what happened. After the incident nobody asked us if were okay. Please ensure the inspection and maintenance of the elevator so this will not happen again. Thank you
