Coffee pot was broken and toilet seat was broken. The staff wasn’t great when we checked in….seemed annoyed. Breakfast was only offered across the driveway at another restaurant and if you wanted to use the pool you had to use a different hotel’s pool. Obviously you pay a lot for the location.

Check-in staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel room was clean and roomy for a family of four. Our rooms were straightened out everyday and fresh towels were placed in our room. We used express check out and it made the process easy. I will stay here again next time I return to Disneyland!

The customer service and location to Disney was really good!! My only complaint would be the prices in the lobby for drinks were the same price as inside Disney… why make it that expensive? (And the garbage trucks beeping backing up every morning at 6am. But if you are going to Disney early I guess it’s okay)

Ariana at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and courteous. She knew her job and was very attentive to all of us. The room was very clean. The one thing I would nitpick would be the man at breakfast opening 8000 trash bags while we were eating. Just kind of disturbing. I don’t think we should pay the resort fee when the pool and hot tub are closed (having to go to a sister hotel is not the same). It’s the hotels way of getting around the resort fee

Super convenient to Disneyland. Breakfast included with options and choices. We didn’t need it, but breakfast is upstairs…with no elevator access so not accessible. Our room was also located on a fairly busy pass through so it could be noisy with people coming back and going to the parks. Otherwise a great location!

The staff member Antoinette was very helpful when I needed to book a second room at the last minute. I was impressed by her kindness and efficiency in getting this done. Also the room was very clean and you can't beat the convenience with the hotel's closeness to the park and included generous morning buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay there again when I go to Disneyland
