The ambience was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the property was clean with a very nice game room and lounge. Caza is A beautiful safe place for family and friends. It was exactly what I was hoping for and more.

Great place to stay when visiting the Wharf. Very walkable area. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The lounge area was a great place to hangout. The games:Cornhole, pool table, arcade, the grab and go food pantry and the bar made our trip even more memorable.

The close proximity to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 were the only reason to stay here. Hotel needs some TLC and payinf $70 per day to park my own car is RIDICULOUS!!

I didn’t like how everything was an additional charge, and then the $300 charge of resort fees at the end is ridiculous. The “game” area arcade games were not free, no shuttle to the games, no $30 dollar credit from their CazaBar. And while we tried requested towels for the pool multiple times on multiples nights none were provided.

The hotel is just ok. It’s in a great spot and the staff was super friendly. There aren’t much in the way of amenities, our room didn’t have a fridge, and the vending machine/market aren’t very good. The location is great, and the heated pool was a nice touch.

Pros: Great location to restaurants, trail to Presidio & Golden Gate, Tram stop (runs along waterfront to Ferry Terminal & BART), Bus stop, friendly front & cleaning staff, fairly spacious room Cons: High Destination Fee, no in-room coffee (unless you ask), noisy A/C-Heater in room, Eco-Saver thermostat so room is cold when you first enter & takes a while to get comfortable, unusually thin blanket
