The hotel was at a great location, just a a few blocks to the the Wharf which was bursting with activity. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. There was no microwave or coffee maker which we could have used to reheat some leftovers from Chinatown. For the price we paid, it would hav ebeen nice. We supposedly had VIP status but the staff really didn't go out of their way to inform us of the perks so we really didn't use many of them. It was nice to retain our parking until 6:00PM of the checkout day. At the end of the day, we paid a premium for location for a super clean hotel room and perks we didn't really use.

We've stayed here multiple times. This was my least favorite stay, unfortunately. Staff were indifferent and seemed less than interested in our having a pleasant experience. And i truly thought i purchased the parking when i booked so was less than thrilled about the additional $60/day. When i mentioned this, there was literally no response. Not sure we will stay here again. Kind of a bummer.

It was a good stay. I was however disappointed that they say free coffee and tea is available until 4pm, but there was no milk or creamer and nobody that kept an eye on supplies. At about 8 pm we tried to purchase coffee at the drinks bar, but he said it was not available. How can you purchase a latte, but not coffee?

Beware of hidden fees

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable so that part was great. However, I wanna talk about the destination fee. Please note that you need to pay attention to this when you book this hotel. I did know about the fee when I booked through hotels.com and I was fine with it. However, when I got there, they were stating that the destination fee was going to be approximately Nine dollars more a day. when I explained to them that this was much higher than what I was originally told at first the person helping me didn’t want to make any changes. She just kept pointing out that I was going to have to pay the fee that they were telling me. Finally, a manager came over and we had a discussion about this, and the manager did agree to what I was told through hotels.com. The only other issue I had really was with the destination fee perks that they kept trying to tell me about. One of the perks was to receive milk and cookies at each night. The cookies turned out to be just some Oreos, which was extremely disappointing. In fact, everyone who went up to get the cookies were a little surprised and also disappointed that this is all that they were giving. I know that seems trivial, but there was a few other things I won’t even bother going into. Just don’t advertise something that isn’t really accurate. The location is wonderful, especially if you’re going to be doing the hop on hop off bus tours or going to fisherman’s wharf. It’s a great location to walk to different places.

It was a OK place to stay. We had a party of 4 in a 2 queen room. One of us had to be right next the ac unit blowing right at them. The noise was hard to figure out. It seemed every night was garbage pickup or motorcycles that liked to rev in the small streets. In the end it was fine but would stay elsewhere next time.
