We have stayed here before and had a very nice experience, however our most recent stay was not satisfactory. I am disabled and have mobility issues. We were told upon arrival that the elevator was broken and that our room was on the third floor. The person at the front desk although pleasant, gave us no option other than climbing three flights of stairs. My husband pushed for a better option and finally we were told that we could have a room on the second floor, which still meant me climbing two flights of stairs with limited mobility and a cane. The first set of stairs had no handrail and I nearly fell several times. After we finally arrived at our room we discovered that we had been assigned a room with 2 stairs at bathroom entrance. We were surprised that front desk person saw how much I struggled and still put us in a room with steps at the very end of a long hallway. Even being as cautious as possible I fell on the steps that evening. We tried to discuss issues with front desk person again and were told that it was out of their control. We had plans that night and the next morning which meant climbing two flights of stairs multiple times. It was truly an awful stay.
