Magnificent staff and visit with the exception of not being able to enter the breakfast area for a quick muffin etc on the go- very strict rules where even a cup of coffee is strictly forbidden to take out of the breakfast room. Multiple employees inside , directly outside the door and hall to enforce the rule. We ended up forgoing the included breakfast each day we were there and spending additional money on the onsite shop. The breakfast looked lovely just be prepared to entire and be required to eat there among the crowd of people delaying your schedule

We flew into San Francisco for a funeral. It was absolutely the perfect place as we were able to walk to Pier 39. Loved this hotel and we will definitely return.

The buffet breakfast was wonderful. It had many options. The hotel is a 5 min walk to Pier 39. Room was big & had a microwave. Would stay there again.

Location and service made up for the dated room. Bed was comfy. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast buffet was great, just get there early! Wish they had a lunch/dinner restaurant but a bunch of options within a short walking distance. Be aware of where your room is, we were in 2215, directly above bar/outside seating and people were partying past 2 am every night. We personally are not bothered by that stuff. But it was LOUD. Would for sure stay here again!
