I had some technical difficulties with my booking (not the fault of the hotel), but the staff was very patient and helpful with resolving it. They even upgraded my room. The location is prime walking distance from all the tourist spots.

I normally don't book hotel rooms with breakfast, too many mediocre pancakes at the Holiday Inn, lol. But the breakfast was definitely a highlight of this hotel. They had such a great variety and super fresh fruits. The room was wonderful, it felt big and the beds were comfy. I was also thankful for this location. Any easy walk to Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf, and so close to the cable car start for line Powell/Mason.

We were on the first floor and it was very noisy- we could hear the gym equipment from two rooms away, the cleaning staff was extremely noisy (on same floor and above), entrance door to our complex did not close properly. Bed was comfortable and room was a nice size. Breakfast was crowded, noisy and busy, and you were not allowed to take food back to your room. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to the wharf and other scenic areas.

Superb location on the wharf. Great lounge areas both inside & outside. Comfortable & spacious room, although the bathroom is quite small. Large & busy hotel with convenient location to waterfront & North Beach neighborhood.
