We've stayed before at the Chancellor and really like this hotel. The service is excellent and the staff very helpful. I tore a ligament and needed a wheelchair and they provided it, they were attentive about any need for extra pillows or assistance, etc. I will be staying here whenever we travel to San Francisco.

The hotel is a great value located in the center of Union Square. Very good service checking-in. It's an old San Francisco hotel remodeled with small rooms. It was quiet on the 7th floor.

It was so far about what I was expecting. It’s exceptional in every way. The bed is incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The room is just the right temperature and extremely clean. I had everything I needed. I had fresh water and coffee all the time and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend this place. It’s also essentially local near everything
