We had a good time! Richard the bell man is the best! The front desk ladies are so helpful. Gary is also is amazing. The fresh cookies everyday are so so good! The location of this hotel is perfect!

I am a San Francisco native and I’ve stayed so many places now that I’ve moved out of the city and this will be the hotel. I stay at for the rest of my life here because it has the best value for what you pay. You will not find a better hotel for a better price it is central. I was able to walk everywhere in the city and to Bart and Muni the hotel stuff was incredibly nice and professional .

The staff at check in was great, and they had off street parking which in SF is rare. The only thing that wasn’t five stars were the pillows, was to thin and hard for my liking and the AC sounded like it was on its last leg.
