Great stay. No complaints. Awesome little touches like the water machine, coffee, and treats available. It was also so convenient that they held our bags at the bell desk all day. When we checked in we were super early and inquired about holding bags and they just checked us in cause our room was ready!!! Awesome awesome experience.

This hotel is quaint and in a great location in Union Square. It's good for a night or two if you're not planning on spending much time in the room. There is no air conditioning but there was a ceiling fan and an extra fan in the room which was sufficient during our stay as the weather was in the mid 60's. The room had a musty odor and the bed was a bit soft for our liking.

The hotel room does not have air conditioning. I didn’t mind since opening the window was enough to cool down the room. So I’m still giving it five star. Location is the best part, very convenient, and on the cable car route.

It was clean room and their service was good I could get apples and delicious cookies with coffee anytime. It was very useful and helpful while traveling. But the room was quite small and little bit uncomfortable for staying 4 family members. Plus, it was very noisy whenever passing by cable cars and from construction site I could not fully sleep.

Double booked our toom

Our room got double booked so while my partner and I were sleeping two people walked into our room. Thankfully nothing bad happened, but when I brought it up with the front desk all I got was a sorry. I feel like there should be more accountability and attention to detail when people’s safety are at play.
