Hotel was conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf, within walking distance of most restaurants and attractions. Hotel was clean, felt safe and the valet parking credit was a big plus! Breakfast was good, and they even had dairy free milk!

Don't pay the extra money for a Bayview room. I did and my view was of a carpark. I queried at Reception as to where my view of the Bay was and I was yold as the building is only 4 floors you can't see the Bay! No money was returned and I was offered another room on the 2nd floor that overlooked the street. I feel the extra that was paid should have been returned.

The staff wss welcoming and helped us by calling for transportation for us. The breakfast was good and they kept it refreshed. Room wasclean and the beds were comfortable. I would return.
