I really recommend this hotel! Our check-in was incredibly smooth, and the room was both clean and surprisingly spacious. The free breakfast was a perfect addition to our mornings. The location is unbeatable—the neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. It’s a short stroll to the pier for shopping and dining, and also very close to North Beach. My only concern was that I didn’t see any visible stairways or signage for them. In the event of an emergency, I worry it would be difficult for guests to evacuate safely. Aside from that, I had no issues and would definitely stay here again!

Valet parking was easy to use. Check in was a small wait, but went smoothly. Staff were all friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Outside noise was minimal from the room and neighbors could not be heard at all. Very walkable to the wharf.

The Hotel itself was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location was great. But, I was not pleased to find the extra $25.49 "Guest Amenity Fee" tacked onto my bill for each night I stayed. I prepaid for the room a month in advance through Expedia. I was not pleased at all to find out that I had to pay an extra $127.45 on top of the amount I had already paid for 5 nights. I'm still trying to figure out what exactly the Guest Amenity's were. I stayed in a standard room, didn't order any room service, and had the do not disturb sign on the door so that room service wouldn't have to bother with cleaning the room. So what was the extra $25.49 for exactly? I asked at the desk and didn't get a clear answer.
