Very disappointing experience. The valet parking staff were extremely rude, and their behavior felt discriminatory. It was upsetting and unprofessional. There are many much nicer and more courteous hotels in the area. I would not recommend staying here.

Terrible for not provide free parking if we are customer to the hotel. Even charge $65 for valet only. And was told me can do parking on the street and end up I got ticket. I will never ever come back again. Other rest was very nice hotel and breakfast.

Rooms looked recently updated. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the open area in lobby with tables etc. Lots of people hanging around and talking. Free coffee tea in lobby. Nice neighborhood where we felt safe walking around.

The room was clean and staff were friendly and super helpful. We requested late check out at the last minute and they didn’t have any issues. Breakfast was okay with a variety of selection with sausage patty, eggs, bagels, oatmeal, muffin & cinnamon roll (both kind of dry), and juice was water down. We like the open dinning area by the lobby area. You can order take out and just eat here as an option. Parking was $65/night for valet or find an open spot park on the street. Valet is the only option. Great location especially a short walk to Pier 39. We enjoyed our stay.
