The location was great and close to attractions and public transportation. The room was small but on for our needs as we were just there to sleep. The bed was a little firm and the water pressure wasn’t great. The walls are thin so you can hear people talking and walking through the hallways. The breakfast was nice and having water as well as coffee available all day was great.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn by Fisherman’s Wharf and were disappointed. The first room had a strong odor and dirty carpet, so we asked to be moved. The second room’s AC didn’t work, making it uncomfortable. While the hotel’s location was great for exploring the area, the poor room conditions and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

We only stayed one night as we were flying out of San Fran at the end of a road trip but the hotel was perfect for what we needed! Clean, valet parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. We chose to stay here because of the walk ability to Fishermans Wharf. With just a few hours/evening to spend in the city we felt our kids would enjoy that area the most!

Very nice staff. Breakfast was quite busy but well staffed.Outside room facing bay was a little noisy but quieter rooms had interior exposure. Very walkable to multiple attractions - pier 54, 39, Ghirardelli square. Would definitely stay again.
