Besides the slow check-in process, everything else was wonderful. From valet to front desk, concierge and door staff everyone was friendly and helpful. Valet went out of their way and helped me get an item out of my car that I had forgotten. The rooms were clean and even had an essential oil roller for relaxation. The bar was beautiful even if the music selection felt off. The vibe seemed more jazz bar but the music was more night club. We really enjoyed our stay

We were lucky enough to have a view of the Golden Gate Bridge and Coit Tower. It’s a great place to visit during the holidays. The speakeasy Eighth Rule lounge was a fun experience.
