Asked for a quiet room and they put us next to the ice machine so people were getting ice all night and all morning and we didn’t sleep. It was pretty terrible. Especially when I specifically requested a quiet room. Also, I made some additional requests that weren’t fulfilled. They didn’t check our bags. They didn’t show us the bikes. We won’t be coming back.
