I believe $ 250 for access to the lounge is outrageous. The only alcohol available was for a charge. The food was not worth the price. Access to the lounge usually entailed a long wait for elevators both coming and going.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Room was clean and very well lit with a great view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only problem we had was it took us quite a bit to find parking but that’s going to happen anywhere in The City.

Check in time is 4pm. We didn’t arrive till 7 and we had requested adjoining rooms and upon arrival we were told the guests that were in the rooms prior to us had requested a late checkout so basically this bumped us out of the rooms.. they offered us to wait another 2-3 hrs to have the rooms requested cleaned which would have made it 9-10pm way beyond “4pm check in” The desk staff had the manager come out and they did at least offer to waive the resort fee per room which was roughly $48 per room and they offered free valet. Just not great that your room is not ready when you arrive after a long day of travel. Other than this, the hotel was nice and you could walk to some nearby things.
