    • I had booked a 2 bed balcony room. I arrived around 1-1:30, the room is not ready. Check-in is at 4. I ask if I can upgrade to a suite? “They only come with king beds but we can have a bed rolled in. The suite is ready now” - Great idea! Yes, thank you! Now I don’t have to wait 2 1/5-3 hours for a room. I gladly pay the upgrade fee. The bed NEVER arrived. Neither did the luggage. • Bellman left my luggage on his cart unattended for a good 10 minutes. The hotel is huge with hundreds of people just walking by. I finally had enough and started taking the bags off the cart. I see the consigliere lady watching me while doing so. She had no idea if the bags were mine or not so I’m gonna go ahead and just assume that she assumed they were mine? Consigliere lady! Next time come help or call for bellman's attention. • Refrigerator is completely empty. NO minibar. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Even if you call they won’t stock your minibar. • No room service between dinner and breakfast. NO snacks or food at all in the hotel. I call front desk and get the answer “walk to 7/11 if you want”. • $72 for parking. • They charge a “destination fee” without notifying you. The “destination fee” is like a resort fee just that you do not get any amenities. • Extremely rude staff. • When pointing out all these issues at check out the lady almost gets defensive. She also informs me that the rollaway bed is $30. The bed that never arrived.
