We'll keep coming back!

Even though we live right across the bay, we like to stay at the Hyatt Regency when we're in SF for a special event or just want a weekend away. We like the location and the walking access to the Ferry Building (caviar, oysters!) and the Sales Force Park. The staff is lovely and they always seem to remember us (or else they fake it really well!). On this visit, we were in a small room (but not too small for the two of us) with a floor-to-ceiling cinematic view of the Ferry Building. We actually slept all night with the curtains open! A special shout-out to Amy at the front desk for our room selection. There is something sort of retro and cozy about this iconic hotel. It is always comfortable and never stuffy. The lobby may be the most calm public space I've ever spent time in. The breakfast buffet isn't cheap but has great healthy selections, including gluten free and vegetarian choices. We had another great stay!

The beds were super comfortable with nice sheets and the cleanliness of the room was spot on. The location of this hotel is great as it’s close by to the pier and many food places to choose from. Although the price of valet is quite expensive like other hotels, the self parking garage is affordable and a 5 min walk. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future

Hotel location was very convenient. BART/Cable car stops are right outside the hotel and it is a walking distance to the ferry building and street cars that can take you straight to fisherman’s wharf and much more locations. Loved our stay there! Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend

Fabulous Stay

Room with noted items remaining indicating possible wasn’t throughly clean. (Paper wrappers/ candy wrappers) Otherwise the stay was fabulous. Loved Carlos and our female bartender (Glasses /short black hair)was so inviting. We enjoyed stopping there after being out over the city having dinner and shopping.
