Excellent location for Disneyland, just over the road and a leisurely ten minute walk to be in one of the parks. Startled by a roach just after getting to the room on day one, but after removing it no further issues - might have come in after we opened the balcony door.

Well for me it was a very nice place, the rooms were clean and most of the staff were great. Until it came to the guy who checked me in, upon check in i paid cash for my parking, which he took my money and then ran my credit card when i went over to the park. When i got back i asked the front desk for help, which supposedly they asked the manager to review the footage, and they said the manager did just that but saw no cash transaction take place. Unfortunately for myself i didnt grab a recipt!!! Big mistake. So without recipt and the lie of not seeing any cash payment i was denied any compensation. The money really isnt that big of a deal to me, its the lack of honesty between the staff and management. The never even got the manager for me, it was probably him that took the measly 52 dollars for the parking. Watch your accounts or make sure you get a recipt, dirty practices there.

Great location and staff. Seems like Anaheim is dealing with a water roach issue because they were coming up the shower drain in the room… but then again saw their cousins at Ca Adventure at night.

You can’t beat the location and kitchens in room. The room was clean and the valet and front desk staff were super friendly. My biggest complaint is the beds and pillows. They were terrible and caused our hips to feel bruised, which was disappointing given we were spending the days at Disney walking around for miles. I would absolutely stay here again if the beds got an upgrade.

Disney Fathers day trip

Room was nice and clean. Valet attendant Joe was very welcoming, helpful and kind being we were checking in at 11 p.m. very quiet and clean.
