Wonderful hotel across the street from Disneyland. The staff was great and the room was very quiet. I would highly recommend it as a way to save your feet after walking all day at Disneyland, nice to have a close hotel!

We have stayed at the Tropicana many times. The rooms are clean and fairly large for the price. Having both a microwave and fridge is very helpful. They anticipated our party needing adjoining rooms and planned accordingly. Even when the fire alarm started chirping in one of the rooms at 3A, they gave us a temporary room to sleep for the rest of the night and then fixed it while we were in the parks the next day. They are always so polite and helpful!

The parking was insane. They roped off a lot of the parking for valet, so because we checked in kind of late, we had no choice but to use valet. This is very inconvenient, as we had to ask to get into our car just to get out toddler’s stroller and other necessities for Disneyland. Also, because tbey are just about right across from Disneyland, they offer parking for a fee for non hotel users. This makes it hard for the hotel guests to park their cars, if they are using their parking lot for non hotel guests.

Great location to Disney- really really close. The valet in the front makes the place feel secure. Rooms are standard, little bare- no towel racks for towels or hand towel. High turnover since it's so close to Disney, so it's not the cleanest. Housekeeping was good when requested.

The staff was so incredibly helpful and kind. The facility itself is definitely old, but updated. Everything was clean and easy to use, the vent in the bathroom was not helpful, and there was a smell to the room that was hard to ignore. We would stay again because of the location and the staff still.

Our room smelled like mildew and very small rooms. Then was given a coupon to use at store but they said they never seen that coupon and would not accept it. Only good thing is how close to Disneyland it is.
