Clean, friendly staff, a little dated on the decor most especially in the rooms. Parking at $64 a day is a rip off but every hotel in San Francisco does that. No amenities at all as far as getting a drink or a snack even of ending machine would’ve been nice.

Dirty rooms

The hotel was ok. I arrived in early and wanted to check in early to my room so I could sleep. The desk clerk was very friendly but she sent me to two very dirty rooms before I got to mine which was very annoying. They had a security guard but not sure what they actually did since there was so many homeless people outside. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower and bath were lovely. Easy access to the warf and excursions. Overall good stay

Fun decor in the lobby and comfortable room. I like the microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room. My room’s view was disappointing - looked right onto the parking garage and window was not openable. Internet was good but didn’t feel secure.
