This is a lovely hotel, rooms are very clean, staff is very helpful (Thank you Ernesto and Xingbao!), the sauna and steam room were immaculate, the indoor pool was lovely, I would most definitely stay here again, I recommend it with no hesitation!

Overall, the experience was very positive. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a great location, provided you are familiar with the surrounding area, as there are a few nearby streets best avoided. My only concern was the pool and jacuzzi area. The jacuzzi was extremely small, and the pool was much smaller than expected based on how the hotel was advertised. Upon arrival, the pool area was very crowded, with many children jumping in and out of the water, and some parents actively throwing them into the pool. Additionally, the spa was overcrowded and had noticeably low water levels. Aside from the pool and jacuzzi experience, everything else was enjoyable, and we had a great time overall.
