Yes staff was very good. We did not choose to have housekeeping. I will say I was very disappointed in the room, not because it wasn’t pretty nice, but the photos they placed on the website do not represent the room we had and I really take offense at false advertising.

Honestly, this place was overrated and underwhelming. There was a weird humming and whistling from the refrigerator that woke me up several times, and the only exceptional thing about the room was the view. The staff was courteous, but the hotel seemed to have been decorated by an AI algorithm trying to guess what humans might like. Breakfast was outrageously priced and mediocre. Meh.
