The staff great customer service H keeper welldone

Good and clean close to the sea very great location, friendly staff great swimming pool kids love it , But the hotel have no loopy only 2 sofa in the ground floor and and night time only bar area available and very pouring there is no choice you stay in the room or go out because the night time in the hotel very pouring you have to go out to enjoy your self.

We have stayed at the couple. It was my partner birthday. Haven’t offer an upgrade, receptionist wasn’t friendly. Room was average. Bathroom small - no bath and worn. Tap screws was falling apart and amenities wasn’t great either. I must say for 159 a night stay they could do better.

Disappointing

The car park is so far from the rooms, no lift, or help to get bags to the rooms. Only ever 1-2 people on reception, and always a big line of people complaining. My room had lots of damp patches on the bathroom ceiling. But breakfast was good, and it is dog-friendly. Pool is small, crowded and dirty. Jacuzzi often off.

Nice but noisy

Hotel is in a great location, rooms clean & comfortable & very spacious, but sadly the room we stayed in as a family of 4 this time was very noisy, we weren’t sure if there was a function going on in the actual hotel or we were near a nightclub, but loud music could be heard till 2am.
