Staff friendly and professional. We had a double booked but wanted a twin room. The reception staff immediately arranged to change the room type. Everything was good. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice.

Be careful if you arrive by car. The front entrance is in a strict no access zone which is only for taxis so you will likely get a ticket. My room had not been vacuumed or the furniture wiped down. The bed was made and the bathroom was clean so I said nothing plus I arrived at 9pm.

The server/host in the breakfast buffet was so rude. We came at least 20 min before 10 and she told us we only have a few minutes which we undercut it felt like she followed me all around d while I was getting my food and reminded me that we only have a few minutes. Once we sat down she approached our table and ask us if we were done with the buffet food so she can keep them, whereas as she just saw us sat down. I felt like we were being pushed out of the restaurant. Another scenario was in the room, we needed water. All we have was sparkling and we didn’t drink that. No one answered room service so I walked around and found the housekeeper . She questioned me why I needed 6 bottles of still water, I told her we were thirsty and there’s 3 of us in the room. I thought this was very rude as we didn’t like the sparkling water. She called the manager and he then instructed her that we needed to call the reception area which I just finished explaining that no one was answering . We were only there for a day and it was the worst service ever . I will not recommend this place. The staff are RUDE!!

The room I got was bigger than what I paid for which was great. Came with a double bed and also quite large single bed next to it, even though it was just me. TV was great, bathroom awesome, shower was powerful.

The hotel was in a good condition, great location for our purpose, along with good food and drink (I had a lovely pizza, not sure what the other food is like). The room was good with great AC although whilst all surface were clean I am not sure it had been hoovered after the last guests as black hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the bedroom which was disappointing.

Nice Hotel. Overpaid for it.

I have been staying in this hotel for the last nearly 20 years since it was a Jury’s Inn. The refurb which took place back in 2018/2019 was great and the hotel maintains a good standard since. While I understand the demand for Brighton on a weekend I personally think £200 a night for a double room at room only is expensive for this level of hotel.

All the staff from General Manager Prashad right to maintenance were 5 star.The buffet breakfast is equal to that of 4/5 star hotels.The little extras also taken care of free biscuits and daily newspapers. For £115 inclusive

We could not fault the service, or the room. We stayed in a family room, the beds were very comfortable, and we all slept very soundly. We were very impressed. The breakfast was also of a very good standard. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing

Disappointing. Premier Inn is better. Family room beds were small, TV wasn’t working, bathroom was very basic, hairdryer sounded like it was about to break. AC unit wouldn’t work properly. Poor value for money
