Excellent hotel. Well located

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. The only negative if Im nit picking, is the breakfast cost of £15 (pre booked) or £18 on the morning seemed excessive compared to Premiers £11. So we opted against this. I suspect that the breakfast like the rest of the hotel, would have been 1st class.

Nice hotel. Great location. Only slight let down was breakfast. Hot food had all but run out. Had to wait for it to be restocked and then was waiting for eggs, which eventually came after we had finished

The location was good and in close walking distance to the town centre and the Motor point Arena. The hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly. We opted to eat out of the hotel so can't comment on what they have on offer beyond basic amenities.

Good hotel for central Nottingham

Enjoyed our stay; nice welcome on arrival, useful information provided about parking (next to the hotel). Spacious rooms, all very clean, huge bed. Excellent breakfast, good food and plenty of it for the hungry. Also very very convenient for central Nottingham.

I did not spend much time at the hotel (only visiting for one night) but it was pleasant enough. Staff were friendly, check in/out was easy, bed was comfy, room was modern and clean. I'd definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel that is well located right near Nottingham Castle and loads of food and dining options. Our check in was great and a really nice man fixed up a booking error (careful - I booked a double room for my husband and I but was given a ‘crash pad’ which I’ve never heard of and it’s a single). We ended up in a wheelchair room which I don’t like the shower but better than sleeping on a single bed! The only sour point was the barman/waiter. He was rude and dismissive and although we’d planned to have drinks and dinner at the hotel his attitude resulted in us leaving and finding somewhere else. We would definitely stay here again though!
