Seamless transition from the train without leaving the station. Easy check-in and door key experience using the Aero Guest app. Clean room, and a nice setting.

Lovely room, nice and quiet and splendid lobby and reception area. Friendly and helpful staff
Everything was perfect however hotel bar was close and no access to food after a certain time so was forced to go out in the evening if needed anything
The hotel’s location is 10/10 and the hotel is beautiful. My only complaint is the room was underwhelming, more on par with a 3 star hotel. But overall, a pleasant stay.
The hotel had a feisty smell as soon as you entered, and permeated into the rooms.
The mirrors were dirty as were the windows.
The ‘cosy’ room was ‘small’ and toiletries are lacking.
The wind swirled around the building and through the windows, making a howling sound all night.
The fire alarm sounded at midnight and woke my partner. I was not asleep due to the noise from the windows.
The staff greet you like robots reading from a script but when the time came to leave, they did not want to hear about the quality of sleep, service or cleanliness.
As a positive, the hotel looks lovely inside and is well-maintained in the communal areas. Location great.

Roof was lovely, very clean, modern. Some improvements would make it 5* such as better water pressure and a mirror in the bedroom area. Also expected a better view from the 8th floor and not looking out onto a wall!

Everything was good. However, why on Earth are housekeeping talking very loudly to each other outside rooms at 9am and then knocking on my door at half 9 on a Saturday?! It woke me up and then meant I couldn't get back to sleep. Check out is 11am. Please tell them to keep their voices down and be more considerate. Better still: don't send them round so early!
