Not the worst but definitely not the best either

So front desk staff were awesome, the restaurant was lovely and clean but £50 for 2 plates of eggs on toast was excessive. The swimming pool was freezing and none of the lockers worked and the changing rooms weren’t particularly big or clean and one didn’t even have a working light. Once in our room it was nice and clean but the intercom to reception was broken and the the room itself was very cold with the only radiator being a towel warmer in the bathroom.
Made with Creme Freshé and mustard so beaware

Everything about city suites was phenomenal. It was mine and my partners 1st night away since she’s gave birth to the baby and the hotel didn’t disappoint. The staff were bubbly and really helpful. Everything from the location to the food was perfect. I couldn’t recommend more

I thought it was a king size bed was not . I thought was with a bath tub it was not . I really think a misunderstanding or when the person click was not click the right button. However, it was fine . Great hotel and location

That was fantastic. Lovely hotel in a great location, it was quiet, we had a nice big room and bathroom (despite booking the cheapest one). The kitchen had everything you need - although we were only there for a few days. The pool was great. Parking also was super easy and secure and there is a supermarket next door when you realise you've forgotten a load of stuff.

The overall stay was nice but there was mould all around the shower. The shower head had blocked holes in it, so only half of it was working. But the condition of everything else was lovely.

Lovely welcome at reception. Explained check in & info well. Amazing room with great views of the City. Had everything you need in the apartment. Well equipped gym, breakfast was perfect too.
