Stayed for two nights as we had tickets for the RSC theater. It would usually be a little out of our budget but we took advantage of an Autumn deal. Had a lovely stay overall. Nice comfortable room, comfy beds, great shower and excellent breakfast. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside was the bar area looked a bit tatty and in need of some redecorating. We would definitely stay again.

We booked the Viola suite which was beautiful, stunning bathroom (the only negative was that the TV in the bathroom didn't work). Helpful staff. Fantastic location, couldn't fault it. It's just a shame they charge guests £10 to park!

Lovely hotel with bistro and pub attached. Comfy bed, large room , walk in shower with all shampoos, conditioners, hand washes and lotions. Could hear neighbours coughing so they could obviously hear mine. Would definately recommend and return.

Relaxed, easy going hotel to stay in

The internet was fine. We had a room that could have been cleaned a bit more and the glasses in the bathroom had toothpaste in one of them. The staff was easy going, easy to talk to. The atmosphere was relaxed, we enjoyed it very much. Our bed was not made the day after our first night either. But we were out all day, therefore it was not an issue.
