Good to excellent

Room was good. Clean and everything worked. It would have been useful to have usb charging points and a choice of softer pillows. Apart from that it was great.

Property was near the airport. Its a nice space to rest your head but needs updating in the rooms. Windows were small did allow much ventilation. Bathroom vents were not working. Has no back up generator and no phones in the rooms. You will have to what'sapp to reach front desk. Safety lights needed in the hallways for when there is a power outage.

Overnight stay for London Heathrow airport.

Overnight stay for London Heathrow airport. Just a quick 1 night stop for getting onto a plan the next day. I used the nearby McDonald's for food, but there was a bar and restaurant on-site with a small shop area for drinks + sandwiches. Room was ok, shower was good. I got there late afternoon, had a beer, slept, early show then off to the airport. Good transport links (direct bus) close by, or they do a airport shuttle.
