A great airport hotel for T5

This hotel was excellent clean modern and the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite The evening meal and breakfast was wonderful and the hotel transfer to terminal five was awesome worth every penny of £19 Will definitely stay here again

Good stay for the money

Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room was in good condition, although would benefit from an uplift. Would have been nice to have been able to open a window, although the rooms did have air conditioning it would have allowed some fresh air to circulate. Breakfast was good, nice variety for families, more fresh fruit would have been nice & a better variety of croissants. The beds were uncomfortable, particularly the sofa bed. Shower was fine, for a family stay it would’ve been nice to have a bath for the children.
