Let me start the staff are the worst. Not friendly and don’t know how to treat clients. The room was dirty and direction to the rooms was not clear. Exiting the lift, typically you have certain rooms signs going to left and some to the right. This signs were all pointing to the right where in reality there was rooms to the left. If someone wasn’t alert, you would walk around in 360 degrees to get to the room. Paid high price for the room. Went to take shower, there was no cold water at all. When I called, staffs were not helpful. When you had long flight you wanna take nice shower but not the inconvenience was there. Do NOT stay in here please. There was no room service and the restaurant closes early. Which means you will go to sleep hungry. Uber will not deliver as it’s inconvenient for uber driver
