The hotel is very convenient if you are flying in or out of Heathrow Terminal 2 or 3. It was very clean and the staff were excellent. We ordered room service dinner and it was quite average. We felt the hotel room was pricey but you are paying for convenience to the terminal 2 and 3.

From terminal 3 arrivals.

Lack of signage to the hotel at Terminal 3 arrivals hall resulted in a frustrating and annoying trek around terminal 3. One vital sign directing guests down the ramp and on towards terminal 2 is missing and so there is no indication where the hotel is.
