Nice, clean hotel with good amenities. Super convenient - right in the Terminal! The reception staff were not all that friendly and felt rushed but it is perfect for the night before an early flight. I will give a shout out to the bar staff in the Apron Bar. They were super friendly and attentive!

Very conveniently located in Terminal 2/3 - quick walk to arrivals / departures and train into the central London - free transfers on the train between terminals made it very convenient. Check in process was efficient and room was clean and comfortable. Feedback - additions like fresh fruit or any addition to convenience cafe located in the lobby or adding water in the mini bar in the room would help exceed expectations.

The rooms were very clean, the restaurant onsite has a great selection and was very good. The proximity to the airport terminal 2 was great and we were even able to get a porter with wheelchair directly to hotel lobby.
