The waitress wasn't very attentive and never let us know it was the end of her shift. We asked to see a dinner menu several times and finally got one. The check in clerks were excellent. Finding our way to terminal 3 was an adventure!

The bar on the 1st level needed more help. We sat down and grabbed the menu. The Mgr arrived & took another couples order that arrived after us. I had to ask him if someone to take our order. When he came by he seemed annoyed.

Lovely entrance/ check-in after the madness of the airport it was nice and smooth, room was nice and clean with coffee making facilities. Shower was nice again with what you needed to hand. Only down side was the price of food and drinks. Checkout was easy.

Stayed before an early flight to Orlando. Definitely recommend as it takes the stress out of any potential to miss the flight. Great location close to the airport and gave us plenty of time for a good breakfast in the airport lounge.
