Well positioned hotel with short walk to great shops and bars. Nearby car park with discounted rates which were good for a city centre. Cost us £8 for 24 hours. Nice room, quiet and comfy. Smallish shower room but it was good. Plenty of toiletries. Staff were friendly. Check-in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was busy so glad we booked a time. Good variety with cooked to order hot food. Tea/coffe biscuits and crisps in the room. Loved it here. Will book again

I stay very regularly for work, as my office is over the road. It’s reliably comfortable and well presented. Rooms are quiet. Good parking, using the NCP Liverpool on a subsidised rate. Great location on the edge of town, coffee shops and takeaways nearby. Price point is good and consistent. This has become my regular, and stay here a few nights a month.

Great location. Clean room. Great service from the front desk. Uber was charging me 140 pounds to go to Manchester Airport. The front desk got me a taxi for 66 pounds.

Noise coming from the air con very loud. Reception couldn’t fix it so no sleep. I complained when we first checked in that we were next to the boiler room. At 430am they offered a room for us to sleep in. Not ideal so we declined.
