This is the second time of staying at Indigo. Its a nice hotel and conveniently located. They offer a discounted rate at the nearby NCP. The bed springs are a bit uncomfortable but overall the room was lovely.

Excellent check-in. Person at the front desk, (I think his name was Brad) was friendly, helpful, and professional. He took care of all our needs. The room was clean, well stocked and bathrooms pristine. Totally loved the vibe and will definitely recommend to friends.

We booked one night at Hotel Indigo as we were attending the Pop Overthrow Music Festival. The car park was adjacent to the hotel and very reasonable (£8 for 24 hours). We checked in early and our room was available. The bedroom and bathroom were furnished to a high/modern standard, the latter with a drench shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. Ideally located for good restaurants/bars and only a 5 minute walk to the city centre shops.

Probably one of the worst welcomes I’ve ever had checking in to a hotel. Receptionist was cold and appeared like she didn’t want to be there, also Ive not normally seen receptionists wearing jeans but hey maybe just getting old. The room was really nice and clean, good decor and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine if you have a small appetite but there were other items available. In contrast the check out was excellent, really friendly and smartly dressed gent who couldn’t have been more helpful.
