My flight arrived late so we didn’t arrive at the property until 1:30 am or 3:30am from where we were coming from. The guy checking us in took a very long time and was very slow. He gave me the room keys but they weren’t working to the gates to walk through the pool area so I came back to the office and asked how to get to the room. I apparently didn’t understand his answer so I asked “so I just go through the lobby through this door” and he said yes. I said why didn’t you simply say that in the first place and he started yelling saying he did say that and then he said he would cancel my rooms and that he does have the power to do so. Had to walk through the lobby with no assistance with a significant amount of luggage to go to the second floor at 2 AM in the morning being very exhausted with some guy at the front desk, threatening to cancel our room. I then went to my other room which was on the other side of the property and when I got to it on the second floor in my luggage that key wouldn’t work to the door.

It was okay

It was okay... been staying at this place the last 3 mother's days.. and it was definitely not so great this year. Check in was at 5pm and there were no rooms available before 5pm. Got the room and wanted to head to the pool while there was still sun, but the master bed room had HAIR on the sheets.. they were definitely not changed :(. Had to wait for housekeeping to change the sheets which took a little bit (around 45minutes). Didn't get much sun, thankfully they extended check out next day, but it was super windy anyway. So all in all it was okay. Just not as good as the last two years. Maybe next year will be better!

The only issue was the communication between staff. Our tub was not draining so we informed the office and was told someone will come in after 10am to fix it but no one came after 12noon so we called again and they had no idea what we are talking about because someone didn’t relay the message. Otherwise, this is a beautiful place.

Good property to stay on with the family if you don’t want to be in the casino. A vacation condo with everything included. 10 min from Summerlin and Redrock. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Wow I was very impressed by everything. It’s a huge apartment, very clean, so many items available to use. The place is quiet and the AC works perfectly. I can’t believe all I got for the price. Would recommend without hesitation.

Awesome Property

Everything was awesome..shuttle driver to the Freemont experience was awesome..rooms were very spacious ..tv reception could have been better( wasnt high def). Lobby had a coffee bar but the staff never kept the coffee full, and when you asked them to fill it, you had to wait 30 minutes...oh well...the pool area was really nice, bbq's were a bonus, fireplace by the pool was nice at night. Property was really quiet as well. Mostly old retired people there and they were all very nice ...would definitely stay here again..thanks Cliffs at Peace Canyon.
