Clean, spacious rooms. The area around our rooms was quiet. I do not like the refrigerator situation. There should be more space for personal items not subject to the pressure sensitivity of the products that must be purchased.

We loved that it was away from the business of the strip, yet easy walking distance. Great to have the Tram available. Pools were clean and people friendly All in all a wonderful stay. Would come back

Service issues , some staff great others horrible, waited once almost an hour for valet to find car , took over half an hour pulling into valet one day, dirty pillow cases put on bed one day, if you stay more than three days you need to request for your room to be made up. Hair dryer in room broken, lamp in room did not work , desk in room damaged and mold growing under glass, all of this you get to pay $50.00 a day resort fee on top of the hotel charges and $40.00 a day to valet even if you are staying there, parking cost me more than the car rental, somthing is wrong there.

A lot to do at the property. Close walk or train ride to a lot of restaurants/ attractions and other casino. The elevators were sketchy had to keep using the “good” one. Great pool. Food and rooftop club were top tier. Definitely my new fav spot in Vegas!!!

Room was spacious, upgraded room had no value to it. Same size as worse view than original booking. Multiple key problems, took 1 1/2 hours to finally get into our room. Coffee maker and fridge could not be used with out incurring charges. All items are on weight sensor, even coffee cups. Fridge was locked, could not open. Was told if we put any of our items in fridge we would be charged when they were removed. Beach was good, NC towels. No room cleaning for last night. Nice facility, staff were happy and helpful. Hotel rules, not so helpful.
