A very large hotel/casino with several activities if required. Rooms comfy with big beds and clean. Some rooms better than others. The hotel is a bit far from the strip and they have stopped their complimentary shuttle service. Bus stop just outside but several changes to get to the strip, difficult if you don't have personal internet! Grill restaurant food was good (except the ribs!) also a few fast food outlet counters within the hotel. All in all a good stay.

I love this Hotel and normally it always goes pretty smooth but this time around I noticed maybe the hotel may be short staffed or taking short cuts The room was sort of cleaned… We found old food in the mini fridge I found hairs in the tub and the shower curtain smelled like mildew So I went hard on the Lysol and air freshener The front desk staff was amazing as usual and so was the bartender in the casino and cashier in the gift shop. I luv the convenience of the food court, the free parking and how much more low-key and less busy it is compare to the strip casinos.

We stayed here for my daughter's 18th birthday. Staff on the reservation side prepared a birthday card and found us a room up high as I requested with a great atrium-side view of the light/water show. When we arrived the staff were both friendly and helpful, from giving my daughter her card to getting us a list of movies playing in the ST theater. Also, we had a fine breakfast at Smokin' Joe's. We look forward to coming back.
