Horrible customer service

Customer service is awful. Employees are rude and treat the guest as if they are criminals. Asks for ID to purchase a $4 coffee.

More for gambling not to stay in.

The main lobby was nice. Our young children found 2 pills in the room that were not ours after securityhad come in and inspected the room. One was on the nightstand and the other was underneath the nightstand (neither were there when we left in the morning).The hallway reeked of pot and cigarettes every day. The elevators were constantly down and the ones working made awful noises that sounded like they were going to break down.

The area around the hotel isn't that safe, but the hotel seemed safe. The hotel rooms were clean and the parking garage for the most part was clean and safe. I know it's hard to prevent people from smoking marijuana, but it is everywhere. It's one thing to be prepared to smell cigarette smoke; it's another to have to be subjected to marijuana smoke.

A REAL WIN in LV… not kidding

Best decision I made visiting Las Vegas! Stayed at the Sahara for $360 a night and the room was horrible. Checked out and went off the strip 5 miles to visit this gym again! The property is exceptional and a hidden gem! Stayed there a few years ago and so happy I checked out of the rip off on the strip! Food and drinks were good plus the atrium show with lights and water fountains was really cool. I definitely will visit again. Price was $140 for a mini suite!
