Keys didn’t work most of the times and you have to wait a long time to queue at the lobby to get them fixed. The level we were on level 14 with fountain view smelt badly. The door across my room was were all the staff met and stored their rubbish etc and was very noisy and which woke us up. The smell was horrible through the corridor. Rooms are nice but not luxurious that you would expect for the price you pay and being a 5 star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in Las Vegas for 5 days overall, and the experience was mostly good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the Strip. Housekeeping and staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, the biggest downside was the check-in and check-out process, which took much longer than expected. The lines were very long, and it felt inefficient, especially after a long travel day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with decent amenities, but the front desk wait times definitely need improvement. With faster service, it could easily be a 4-star experience.
