I was only supposed to stay for one night but ended up checking out twice only to have to make reservations for two additional nights. I was having some renovations done to my condo in Reno so I checked in on Monday expecting the job to be done Tuesday afternoon. I finished with the Monday contractor, was checked in by a gentleman whom I had a wonderful experience with during a previous stay. He again was wonderful accommodating my request to be in the North Tower. He asked me what floor level I wanted and when I said that I wanted a view, he put me on the 22nd floor…perfect! I checked out at 6:30am on Tuesday to meet with the next contractor they informed me that the job would require an extra day so I made another reservation through Expedia and decided to go back and see if I could get my same room back. I spoke with Yolanda and she was so wonderful about giving me my room back and immediately had maid service make up the room. The next day the same thing happened and again I had to make another reservation and this time Annalin checked me into my same room. She was and was happy to accommodate me. My experience with Circus Circus has been absolutely phenomenal and the staff is the crown jewel of the hotel! I would stay here based solely on the staff! The rooms are spotless and inviting, spacious and comfortable. I could not have been happier with my stay.
