It was my 80th birthday….the person who checked us in repeated a few times that she got us a room with an excellent view. We had tried for an upgrade…no availability. That was not the case! Poor view. Also have to comment on very poor lighting in our suite. Housekeeping was an excellent. Pullout couch was awful. We stayed at Palazzo and Venetian …not sure we’d return to Venetian.

I had to cancel my trip because there was a passport issue and didn’t let us travel. I was promised I will get a refund not full but around $6000 and I just got an email saying that the Hotel never responded so I won’t get a refund. I’ve been Expedia client for more than 13 years and I’ve always book all my trips trough Expedia. This is definitely the lar time!!! Super disappointing

I will never be back due to the weird weighted minibar and snacks. We were charged repeatedly just by opening the fridge to put our own drink in and out and for movement when I set something on the desk. For what should feel like an upscale nice experience, it is frustrating to be treated like a thief for touching something. I'm wondering how many people check out never knowing they were charged wrongly for things they never ate or drank from the minibar/snack tray. It was incredibly off putting. Don't have them in the rooms at all if it's such a problem.
