Our home away from home on The LV Strip!

It was my sisters birthday so we came back to our favorite hotel in Las Vegas. We had the best time!! Lessly made sure of it! Our initial person seemed sleepy or out of it and never checked us in early because we never got the text to tell us our room was ready and he put us in The Palazzo tower instead of the Venetian like we wanted but Lessly fixed everything for us. She is a great asset to Venetian and I hope you guys appreciate her and giver her a raise or something. There was also a very kind Asian bell man that was amazing as well but I hate that I didn’t get his name. Thank you for taking care of my family, we were here for my sisters bday and last time we were there for my mom’s birthday so it’s like our second home. We can’t wait to return again!
