Beds comfortable, room clean and pretty quiet. Only complaint wood be carpeting from lobby to rooms, it’s very hard to push luggage especially if you have any walking issues. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very poor security. Our truck was broken into parked right by the building under the lights. The casino caught it on video but the hotel has not offered us one single penny of discount on room and we'll have two thousand dollars of deductibles plus all the hassle and potentially our insurance rate increasing. Super shabby of them. Don't stay here unless you want to replace the glass in your vehicle and spend your money on deductibles

Room was very clean, staff was good and there was a good choice of restaurants on site. As with most Casinos it was very smoky and that smell carried into the hallway. Room WAS NOT smoky smelling. Would stay there again.

Yes , all in all a very enjoyable stay …. 90% of staff in all departments were super , very personable, friendly … Michael in the race booth was very likeable, great to chat to , very informative… Also Sorina in the business centre , a lovely lady who helped us tremendously with computer, printer etc for boarding passes … The food in Coranado cafe was fantastic and excellent in quality and price …

Had a nice stay. The only complaint is that the reservation desk and entrance are too far from the hotel elevators. Be nicer to move checkin to enterence on hotel side.

It was my 1st time I stayed @ the South Point. It a nice place to stay, the Room was clean and the Staff was helpfull. I would have liked to use the pool, but it was closed for the Season. The Casino was nice, but I didn't win this time.

The bed was awesome. The spa was super awesome. The swimming pool and hot tub was closed for the season and that was super disappointing. It's really the one reason why we picked staying there was to use the pool and hot tub. And the sink in our bathroom was backed up and drained super slow. If the pool and hot is not open year round, I will pick somewhere else to stay next time and just get an appointment to use the spa.
