I've always loved the South Point. As with all the other hotels in Vegas, the resort fees are ridiculous. I shouldn't pay extra to use the pool or fitness facilities at the hotel I'm staying at. Even Hampton Inn's let me use it for free. And free local and 800 calls?? I can't believe you even put that on the sign. Nobody and I mean NOBODY needs that. South Point could TRULY set themselves apart and do away with the resort fees. The amount of guests you would gain would outweigh any loss of the fee. Our group had a great time at the Spazmatics, and although many in our group stayed at other hotels, they were all very pleased with the South Point. A removal of the resort fees would be the little push that most people would need to book here over other hotels in Vegas.

The property was excellent. It was nice that it was not on the Strip and it felt like being on the strip. Parking was great and plenty to do with little ones. We have always stayed on the Strip and this was a great experience plenty of food options, casino atmosphere was great, wanted to check out the other amenities, but did not. Highly recommend this property.

My first experience at South Point

The rooms were clean and spacious. Appreciated the complimentary slippers left for us. Variety of restaurants, stores, entertainment everything you need. Enjoyed my stay, first time at this hotel.

Great all in one destination. Airport shuttle is great! Went to Sphere. Other than that spent our whole weekend on site. Watched equestrian events, ate, drank, gambled. Staff was all great. Price points are spot on. Well be back.

The first 2 night almost no tv channels except cowboy and espn sports. Today we had all channels. This really sucks not feeling good and stuck in room

The head of security is a mobbed up corrupt rodent who is skimming money for the mob,I thought this stopped in the 70s the FBI should put him in jail,half the security guards are convicted felons will never stay here again nor should any one else.
