Everything was good except for the showers. The water was so strong that you cannot spray your face because it hurts. The shower doors are installed so awkward that it is very inconvenient when initially trying to turn it on without getting wet with cold water.

Never visited the pool area. It could use more features ex; Mandalay Bay’s Lazy River, to attract more than a one night stay. Left the property a day early, because of this reason…., boring

I’ve gambled at Southpoint Casino many times and I’ve had a wonderful time! However, this time we decided to stay there in addition to playing bingo and gambling. The reason why I have given it such an overview is that my wallet was stolen! We suspect plucked out of my purse as we waited in the large crowds for the elevators. The lost and found staff were just OK and assisting with this problem. There was one young man who genuinely seemed to care, the the rest, meh. My wallet was returned, with all the cash taken and that seems to be where the helping identify who stole it ended. Womp womp. I’ll come back to South point at some point, but there are many many places to spend money, where it won’t be taken right of my purse.

Attempting to sit down and play a machine While people on both sides were blowning so much smoke in my face I couldn't play. Phoenix has a no smoking in casino regulation, that is not keeping anybody out. Please re-evaluate.

The gym was very equipped but the spa was the best and very affordable at $30.00 daily or $60,00 for 3 day pass. The spa staff treated you like royalty!!
