Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping came in every day to make the beds and replenish towels My only negative comment on the room is that there wasn’t a fridge or coffee maker. There is only 1 ice machine on the third floor. Not very convenient. As for the hotel, it had a lot of dining options. Good overall vibe. All personnel were very friendly and polite. Parking was easy. Just a little busy during hockey games as the parking garage is used for TMobile Area events. Parking pass has in/out privileges and can be used at any MGM property. We parked at Bellagio one afternoon. Very convenient.

Unfortunately New York New York hotel was a disappointment to us, it was the third hotel we stayed in after the hotels in San Diego and San Francisco, which costed us less. The hotel itself was outdated, with no frills at all, no water available in the room, no fridge or coffee machine. Getting around the resort was confusing. The food quality in the hotel itself was poor and overpriced. Resort fees were charged too so made it an expensive visit, it over promised and under delivered. Compared to what we got in the other hotels during our stay, it was expensive and disappointing, would advise to eat elsewhere and consider other places to stay.

The property is very outdated. Next to no good food other than the pizza place in the little Italy area of the New York theme part of the hotel. Casino table games were very dated and boring. Concierge service is especially the manager lady was very rude. We stayed at the hotel and denied me concierge service because she said that only two of the runners they were both busy. I told her we would wait. She said they would still be busy. We ended up having to carry our bags ourselves. The front desk upon check-in was very helpful. Very nice and accommodating. The hotel room was fairly clean and we felt safe.

Pictures didn’t do the room justice!

We are big Vegas people but we’ve never taken our kiddo! We did this time so picked this hotel more for her, and she definitely loved it, but we loved it just as much, much to our surprise!
