Room was adequate – staff was friendly, but we got charged an additional fee to check in slightly earlier – Sawgrass restaurant lost our reservation, service was terrible & slots very tight – not to mention the rain ruined New Year’s Eve party on Fremont Street and $120 tickets were nonrefundable

Absolutely hated checking in at a kiosk. One member was there and she showed us what to do but we had questions and she was too busy helping other guests. Staff were not friendly at all. Asked for directions at the hotel registration lobby and 3 different staff members sent me and my husband 3 different ways. Very friendly and helpful valet helped us find our way finally. Our room was hot and I put it all the way to 60 degrees and it was still hot. AC was very noisy even with provided ear plugs. Did not sleep well all 3 nights. Liked that there’s a Starbucks and a Chic-fil-A inside the hotel. Had an issue checking out, others did too, staff member won’t come out of the desk to answer questions, just yelled at us on what to do. Did not ask for room service but got fresh towels from a very friendly housekeeper.

The room was amazing! I stayed here last minute due to travel issues and now I wish I hadn’t paid for the other hotel I had to move to for the rest of my business trip. Lot of space, great bed, the music outside didn’t bother me at all - it helped me fall asleep in fact. It was so fun to walk around this place - salt of the earth folks and great kind staff.

Tub had a great deal of rust and I was out of shower gel, but I called down and they came to fill so that was good, but it was as after I had already tried to shower for the night. I do feel very deceived about the listing price on orbitz. A $50 per room resort fee was added on that was not mentioned anywhere was NOT AT ALL APPRECIATED
