We never received room services. Our was never service. Person who was asking us to get tickets for shows was constantly harassing us. Even followed us to the elevator. I guess saying we were not interested was not enough for her. Very annoying when trying to get to your room.

We will never be back! The room stank, went into bathroom at arrival and it had paper left in it. The room was hot! We requested a king bed they didn't have any supposedly so we had to get 2 double beds. Pillows where lumpy! Pool was average not worth 50$ per night! Resort fees and taxs were 50+$ per night which we had to pay at time of arrival total surprise. Everyone that was checking in was complaining about the resort fees. They did not help us out in any way to upgrade room or eliminate some or all resort fees. Horrible

The property was fine. You get what you would expect of fremont street. chill vibes and good times most of the time. but on this particular trip for me at the golden nugget i did not feel that the staff did a good job to the best of their abilities. i had a trip and fall in the pool restroom where i had to get stitches on my chin. now i didnt ride in the paramedics because i didn't want that charge to me. but later no compensation was given for anything. nothing!! i ordered room service because I didnt feel like going out later that day and no sorry or comp was offered. and to top that off im having a dispute now with metropolis parking because the hotel didn't update my license plate. !

Again 1 day with no housekeeping just the same as last visit. The bathtub was cracked and looked like blood stains. It was pretty gross. The day with no housekeeping was after i spoke to the front desk and the housekeeper bit nothing was done.
