Great, big, beautiful hotel. My room was stylish and super clean and very comfortable. The hotel was close to the Convention Center which I found very convenient as I was in Las Vegas for the International Esthetics Show. The Hilton is connected to a mall full of restaurants and shops so grabbing a bite to eat or a drink was easy and handy. My only want was a coffee maker. Apparently this pretty standard hotel feature is uncommon in Las Vegas. Later in the week I stayed at another hotel and it also lacked a coffee maker. It might be part of the strategy to get you into the casino by forcing you out of you room in search of coffee? Not sure, but I found it a bit irritating. Seems like a really nice hotel like the Hilton might either include a coffee maker or complimentary coffee in the lobby. Pretty much every other hotel I have ever stayed in (both in the US and Europe) include this amenity. Other than this tiny thing I had an exemplary stay.

Modern hotel with clean rooms and comfy beds … long walk inside hotel to get to strip wish it would have been a little more centrally located takes about 15 mins to get to what I call mid strip… we were in town for a show at the sphere and were able to walk to it with no issues..

We got the worst service imaginable just because we purchased our stay through a 3rd party!?? We are diamond level with Hilton but the loyalty only goes as far as paying through Hilton. When you don’t pay through Hilton, you’re no longer the same person to them and they have no loyalty back to you. How incredibly stupid and disrespectful…

We were misled at the time of check in and told resort fees would be waived—only to find out at check-out that this only applies to direct bookings, not third-party reservations. They advertise waiving fees all over the internet for all guests without providing a disclaimer that it only applies to booking with them directly. On top of that, the front desk provided us with a list of locations where we could use our resort credits via QR code which I took a picture of as advised by the front desk rep. The night before checkout, we called to confirm our charges, only to be told by a customer relations rep, who was dismissive and unhelpful, that the information we were given was incorrect and the credits didn’t apply to those places. After pressing the issue and letting her know we had a screenshot of the list from the front desk, she reluctantly offered to “do us a favor,” instead of acknowledging the mistake or taking accountability. This kind of interaction reflects a serious gap in customer service and communication. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the resort’s unprofessional service, and remote location make it a place we won’t be returning to. Disappointing experience overall. They really need to do better.
