We didnt like the extra 150 fee on top of the 300 deposit and 170 resort fee. We were told of the 300 deposit and resort fee.

OK building, shame about the service.

1) Your mobile app was “under maintenance” the entire time we were there. I think you were hacked and shut it down. Ended up almost missing show due to long checkin line up. 2) All your restaurants do not cater to gluten allergies. It’s a real thing for a lot of people. 3) a 25% fee to rent a car at your location. Seriously? Rip off. 4) your room HVAC blows right on the beds. Who designed this? 5) 4 fat pillows for each bed? How about 2 fat and 2 thin so the guest can choose. 6) If you really care about the environment how about a room fee reduction for not having house keeping come every day? Seems it’s more about saving money and reducing house cleaning staff numbers.

Resorts World was conveniently located to other outside restaurants and amenities which was necessary bc inside the property everything was highly overpriced. The Peppermill was a great diner type restaurant across the street and Walgreens for bottled water and any snacks was perfect. There was a bus stop just outside the hotel which made it easy to get downtown or up to Fremont street. Use the bus app to buy a 24 hour pass to save money.
