Rooms was spotless and staff kept the room clean and towels refreshed. Amenities were awesome we really didn’t need to leave other that to site see and do other activities. Staff were nice and helpful. I would only recommend that the staff inform guests about robots car requirements, it was highly recommended that we try it however was very upset that we waited 45 minutes for a service that we couldn’t us due to our child being under the age of 8 years old. During the wait we talked to staff about how it works and why the wait was so long, all while having our 5 year old with us neither the staff nor did the app inform us that their was a age limit. We learned of the age limit once we entered the vehicle and was ready to depart. A voice came on to inform us that all passengers must be 8 or older and we had to exit the vehicle. Needless to say our 5 year old was extremely disappointed because he was looking forward to the experience and my husband and I was angry about our time being wasted and that we had to disappointed our child all of which could have been avoided had this information been clearly communicated or provided. Also the wait to check in and out was extremely long compared to other locations. Line were long and was not moving quickly.

The hotel is good for family. If booking through expedia, be careful about the credit they advertise. The hotel just do not entertain it. It is not a per day credit as mention here while booking. The hotel staff had a strict policy CREDITS ARE ONLY PER STAY AND NOT PER DAY. I was made to pay for during checkout. Rather book from bkng dot com as resort fees/credit is optional there.
