This hotel tacked on exorbitant resort fees per day and refused to honor the beverage credit provided to me. I brought this to the attention of the hotel’s customer service staff and they still failed to resolve the issue. I would not return to this hotel.

Incredible property, truly feels like you're in cancun mexico but with everything in one facility. Great shopping, fun casino, delicious food market, and nice rooms if you get a bigger one. Close proximity to fountainbleu which is the nee area of vegas. Front desk check in was slow, constant lines but otherwise great place. Id come back just for the food market.
