Terrible beds, incredibly uncomfortable!

The bed was so uncomfortable. It hurt my back and I could not wait to get up first thing in the morning and get out of there. Now the service was good because I did make the manager aware at checkout and the manager promised me a full refund for my room and all I’d have to pay is the hotel resort fee however I’ll never stay there again. Those beds are so terribly uncomfortable. I don’t know if my sciatic is ever gonna be the same again

The property was fairly new. I had to pay for $25.00 food/drink credit and resort fees. I had to call Resort World and Expedia to dispute the charges. It was very inconvenient.

We booked two rooms at Hilton Resorts World and requested connecting rooms. The concierge was accommodating enough to secure for us two connecting rooms at the Conrad which is part of the same complex. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-designed. The fitness room was great. The one complaint I have is the significant resort fees the hotel charges. The pool was closed on the days we stayed in March -- so we didn't see what benefit we got out of the resort fees. The concierge said the resort fee covers the Wifi, but we have our own unlimited data plan anyways.
