To start i was not allowed to check in until after 5 pm because our room wasnt ready even though check in was 3pm. The food was horrible and security was following us around as if we criminals. The pool area was closed at 9 pm and this was New Years weekend.

Front desk Madison Sundance grill Coco were amazing so blessed to of meet and be served by them . Housekeeping Maria Ines was very understanding to our needs excellent. Valet people were so fast and friendly I hope they truly know we are Thankful for what they do !

Didn’t see breakfast available Room linens was not changed due to energy conservation but towels were changed. Housekeeping didn’t wipe bedside tables, not sure if they vacuumed daily. Shower didn’t have grab bars, potential for slip and fall
