As a couple we loved how the lobby smelled but we hoped that it smells the same in the rooms or halls but it didn’t. The check in was not as smooth as we thought and the wait to check in is longest out of all our stays in vegas and LA. To get someone to help you even though there is a lot of staff huddles in the invited guest desk is just so painstakingly long even when I was kined up to pick up our key and later to get another one its just so long and i can’t even make it up to what they’re doing some are on the back desk but on a phonecall with their personal phone. When we requested for room service because the toiletries they provided in our room are just a quarter full no one came so we decided to go to target and buy our own cause they didn’t seem to care enough. One great thing we loved is the tram and how its connected to the other hotels. We always loved Proper Eats because their service is good.We loved the gelato but the also they don’t open on time eventhough people are lined up and past the opening time it says on their sign.

The hotel has far too many cash grabs. The main complaint is not having near enough umbrellas in the pool area thus forcing people to rent cabanas or lounges with umbrellas. This is crazy expecting people to fry in the sun. What do you do if all your rental umbrellas are taken. Do you just let your patrons cook? Drinks and food are far far far too expensive. This is why Las Vegas is slowing in attendance. Many many many other cheaper vacation options out there. That even include gambling. Keep grinding away. People aren't stupid.
