Huge hotel, long walk to room. No coffee maker or mini fridge. I like my hotel rooms to have those basics. Check-in was a pleasant surprise, I was able to check in early. Front desk clerk was personable, professional, and provide clear instructions.

First, I would like to see the property looks nice and out and inside, but the customer service was terrible. I booked my room six weeks in advance and I was on my anniversary with my husband when we went to the check-in desk they told us there are no rooms with king size beds so you’ll have to be in our room with a double queen bed. I told her no I booked my room in advance and we do not want a room with two queen beds and so she found a room for us with a king size bed. The room the shower was leaking so all night we could hear the dripping of water despite closing in the bathroom door. The next day they came and fixed the shower after a call and the maintenance guy said somebody will come and clean the bathroom because he had to change something in the wall for the water heater and so there was sealant all over the shower floor. Four hours later, nobody came to clean the bathroom. I called the customer service. There’s nobody answering the phone. I waited and called again in 20 minutes. Nobody answer the phone. I have to go clean the shower myself because I wanted to take a shower.

Aria always has the best staff service and the food is amazing. Stayed at corner suite and was slightly disappointed on room. The shower did not have hot water and the curtains did not retract and were broken in the living room and bedroom. Was not happy with that.
