I’m not sure I would stay here again. We had to contact the front desk on multiple occasions to confirm our extended stay, and each time we were given different information. Ultimately, we were told our floor needed to be cleared for remodeling, which required us to change rooms on our last night. Resolving this meant multiple trips to the lobby, which is not conveniently located near the rooms. Additionally, on our first night, a staff member entered our room while my husband and I were getting ready for a corporate event. She knocked, but not allow enough time for us to respond before she allowed herself inside. She stated she was from room service, but this occurred around 6:00 p.m. on our first night, and the room had already been serviced prior to our arrival. Also, she did not have a cleaning cart, nor was she carrying anything that would determine she was making a drop off. She apologized and said she thought no one was in the room.

The restroom didn't appear to be cleaned particularly the sink and mirror. The instructions for the mini fridge is scattered in different sections of the room tablet. I placed a piece of cake in the refrigerator and there was an empty spot where I did not know belonged to a beverage and at the room check out I was being charge over $250 just drinks I did not take out of the refrigerator and a supposedly henessy bottle and I do not drink alcohol. There was no Henessy bottle ever in the refrigerator which tells me they do not inventory their refrigerator after every guest.

We were placed in a room w/ a great view. got a great view of the pool. had a few things in the room like a bulb was out on one of the lamps and one sink was clogged. but i did inform them and they quickly resolved them the same day. they have a fridge, but you cant use it because it is filled w/ merchandise, that if you moves they will charge. (im currently disputing now.) other than that, the stay was great, hotel experience was wonderful and was a perfect location. walking distance to shops @ Crystal, Miracle Mile & the tram for transport for free. the convenience really helps.

Some things were broken or missing from my room. I was also told that the fridge is weighed and just opening it can shift things changing the weight which would result in charges.
