Overall good stay and convenient location. Clean room, friendly staff, but I was disappointed that there was a takeout $2 surcharge at Brass Fork that was charged to me. I was not informed by the cashier nor was there any signage informing customers.

I requested a non-smoking room, yet was assigned a room on a smoking floor -- my entire suitcase still smells of tobacco. Doesn't matter, though, since the entire casino is filled to the brim with smoke!

Always a great stay at Palace Station. Only issue we continue to have is when we extend our stay, they have us leave the room then wait until 3 PM to recheck into same room. I get policy but if you're make us wait then upgrade us to something better.
