This is my first stay and I will stay again. Front desk staff was awesome and gave me an upgrade even though it wasn’t part of the VIP standard. The pool area is small, but super nice. The VIP discount on food was good. Plenty of free parking close to the building. Oyster bar open 24 hours with a long line but tasty! Although I did not watch a movie there the movie theater looked great.

We were there for a dance competition. The hotel is nice and clean. Our rooms were nice needs a bit of touch up but still nice. The pool are was comfortable and the pool staff was amazing. The dinning options were really outstanding specially China Mama. Really wanted to try the Oyster Bar but the line was always super long. Maybe hotel could give priority to hotel guests. Staff at the hotel and casino were helpful and polite. My only complain was at check in we were under the impression “bank statement “ we had paid for our stay. The front desk lady was very nice trying to help us, until she went to look for the male manager. He came out upset due to her interrupting him while he was wily a VIP client. We were trying to explain all the steps we took and his attitude was very rude and aggressive. At the very moment I was going to cancel the 2 rooms we reserved and go elsewhere. Took a lot out the good experience and for my family not to escalate the situation to an argument. That would be my only complaint. Easy to get to the strip and Fremont street. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel as well.

I booked through Expedia and your website quoted pricing that included Resort fees. When we checked out, the front desk agent added $39.99 per day(3) for daily resort fee again. I mentioned the Expedia website said the resort fees were included. But to no avail, the front desk agent refused to budge! I will never book at Palace Station again, especially through Expedia. They nickeled and dimed us at every turn!

Very nice off strip hotel. The reviews of this hotel are accurate. My mom loved the room and the convenience of a movie theater onsite. Also, free parking is awesome.
