This was definitely one of the most underwhelming experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms advertised were not even close to what was expected. They were unkept, the bathrooms were dirty, and the tub wouldn’t drain, so I had to shower in ankle deep water. The cherry on top was that we didn’t receive any fresh towels or housekeeping services at all. In regards to daily parking, don’t count on it. From the bottom to the top every spot is filled with mostly none guests, so we had to park at another hotel 20 minutes away and catch a Monorail all the way back every time we needed to leave. It led to us just ditching our vehicle's. Very inconvenient! I’m so disappointed because me and my fiancé were celebrating our anniversary and I wanted to surprise her with this beautiful experience.

Hotel charges $60 resort fee, $60 for early checking and $40for early check out, additional $20 parking fee per day, and there’s no parking most nights with the only option to pay valet parking $40 and if busy valet charges additional $20 cash only! Rooms are old and they smell dirty. My stay was only for one night but it has been the worse hotel I have stayed in Vegas.

The staff was excellent as always but the room temperature did not exceed 69 degrees fahrenheit. There was no. Coffee maker though we requested one. We paid a room in the habitat tower but got one in the spa tower.
