Hotel is old and tired. The tower we were in was gross. Carpets were dirty in and out of the room. Hallway carpets were filthy with stains. Bathroom was tiny. Pool was Ok. Casino area is overcrowded and definitely smokey. Was surprised too at the high cost for the rooms considering the above. Would recommend another option if you have the chance.

Parking garage was a hassle to get in and out of. Expensive daily parking not included. Extra resort fees feel like bait and switch. Room did not have a mini fridge for use, just a pay mini bar. Walls are very thin. Pretty average stay for downtown Vegas. Convenient location, lots of shows and shopping. Pool was closed the week we were there, which was irritating.

First time staying at MGM. Location was great for us. Lots of dining options there plus much more just a quick walk outside. Biggest complaint was the tower we stayed in only had a few working elevators due to construction I believe so took forever getting to and from room. Also got woke up at 8am from what I believe to be maintenance workers doing something right by our room. Overall was a good stay except for a few inconveniences.

This dreadful review is based on the accomodations and desk staff. The tower I stayed in was VERY TIRED and RUNDOWN! The room had been newly renovated, like a very cheap motel. The halls, elevators and public space was dirty, rundown and beyond tired. I wouldn't stay for free. The casino and main areas were of course nice. Beware the 1 Star motel accomodations.
