Expensive property, extra usd for resort ammenities: 1) they dont have coffee machine , no kettle & if you ask housekeeping, the kettle comes at an extra rental 2) you go to the pool area , try the lazy river, they expect you to BUY the tubes. Nobody wants to pay extra for the tubes when they go to a such a big resort right ? 3) I requested for a nice room at the front desk while checking in, she goes "you get what you paid for" ; could have simply responded in a nice way, right; like you already have a nice room or we are not able to upgrade due to non availability 4) Lastly, when i requested for late checkout; same way "Please call in the morning & we will let you know the availability with charges" could have simply said that late checkouts are chargeable subject to availability 5) Not on the strip After staying at MGM, i visited Bellagio, thats far far better of a hotel than MGM.

They didn't disclaim that there is on going construction. Just a note in the room that says water may be shut off. The floor above sounds like an active war zone. They're using hammer drills to do whatever it is that they're doing. My elder mom and autistic niece are having problems with their mental health due to this. Room also had trash around that I picked up. MGM is not the "premium" brand that they pretend to be.
