I love how my room have the two bathrooms and they were very nice. I don't like not having a microwave available no where on the facility for guest.

Nice location and spacious rooms. Windows needs to be cleaned. Check-in staff was not friendly at all. Being a Expedia VIP member we asked for possible upgrade. She was not willing to check and said we are full hence no upgrade very bluntly while the agent next to us gave upgrade to the guest next to us. We had two rooms. We were given the rooms for which we need to take different elevators to go to each room which was not at all convenient.

My wife and I were accosted by a drunk in the casino area. at 1220am. I found a casino worker and told him the situation. He said, oh that guy's a regular. Don't pay no attention to him. I was flabbergasted by the lack of action. I tried to find security but there was no one on the floor that I could see.

This hotel is a beautiful hotel casino resort. So many things to do inside. Multiple restaurants options, shopping, slots etc. The entertainment was nice. If I ever go back to Vegas this is where I will stay again!

Checking in and out was easy since the hotel has a kiosk. However, the property is old and not well maintained. I don’t mind an older hotel if it’s clean, but that was not the case here. The elevator mirrors were covered with fingerprints and smudges, and the brass needed polishing. The common areas and hallways were dirty and clearly needed attention. When I visited another guest on the 4th floor, I was hit with a strong sewage odor, which I also noticed on the 23rd floor. I would not recommend this hotel at any price. Even if the room were free, I would not stay here. This was my first and last visit.
