The check in took almost 2 hours. Way understaffed in the check in process. We will not return because when you lose 2 hours of a weekend trip to vegas it never sits well. We looked the next night to see if the line was long just out of curiosity and same issue.

Hotels.com never sent the confirmation to the hotel, and I ended up spending about 2 hours on the phone with hotels.com's "help line" and the hotel still never received the confirmation information even though i got a confirmation emailed from Hotels.com..The trip was pretty much a total waste because of all the time on the phone with the "help line" and trying to get a refund back on my card. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. It is ALL TOTALLY ON Hotels.com. we'll see if the refund actually goes back on my credit card. They are only refunding the price of the room not everything I was charged when it was booked. Ended up booking a room through the hotel at the counter and it was cheaper, but didn't get a non-smoking room because of them being sold out 😒 email from Hotels.com

The room was nice. Plenty of room. Decent view. But we got a suite with tub with jets, however right after we checked in the housekeeping came and said they had to check the tub. They said they had reports it was putting out green water. She ran it until it was clear and had them clean the tub. She also gave me 3 small bottle waters and warned us not to drink the water or brush our teeth with it and to use the bottle water for that. The next night we went to use the tub (valentines day) and the water was pretty green still so of course we didn’t get to use the tub. This was the biggest reason I had booked this room too. The bed was pretty soft and comfortable, but the bedding was very thin. I’m talking sheet thickness for all 3 blankets on it. We will not stay there again.
