The room was spotless. The person, Conner?,who checked us in was very good. I was dismayed that I was charged 2 hotel fees instead of one due to adding an extra day because Spirit airlines changed our departure time to 11:22 pm.

I was in the Nobu hotel but didn't know there was a separate check in location until after I stood in line for 30 minutes at the main check in desk. I was redirected to the Nobu check in location which was confusing. But the girls at Nobu were extremely helpful both with check in and checkout. One walked me to my room at check in and the other one walked me to the Uber pickup at check out. She even helped me order the Uber. I am a senior citizen and felt pretty overwhelmed. I was attending a wedding and stayed at Ceasars because some to the other wedding party were there. The whole Las Vegas experience was overwhelming but the wedding was great.

The room was very Nice, Ryan at the front desk upgraded us and he was a pleasure to work with. Now people are in Vegas to have fun and spend money yet they charge you to make your own coffee in the rooms.. Come on Caesars is that really needed!!

Many rooms are outdated and the vibe is kind of off. If you ask for an upgrade or pay for them, they will put you in a “bigger room” with a “better view” but when we upgraded the room was worse than our original room. Also, Checkin was a disaster. Long lines for no reason. Workers seem stressed and overworked. All they care about is upgrading you and charging you $35 for early check in. Also, strong smoke smell throughout. And the cleaning crew forgot to clean our room. We had to call them to get it cleaned. Other than that, it was a good stay. We stayed in the Julius Suite and loved it. Bed was comfy. Updates were nice. The property and decor is beautiful. Lots of convenient shopping and restaurants.
