We had a view of a wall and a roof. The wall had black marks all over it. The comforter had a hole in it. The carpet was worn. Some workers felt the need to talk loudly and whistle outside our door the next morning, waking us up. The hotel signs are hard to follow because the place is so big.

A first time visitor to Las Vegas as a once in a lifetime trip to look at the Las Vegas sights. We have been amassed at the size and scale of the hotel and surroundings. In fact we have been shocked by the noise and qty people, when we walked on the strip-last night we were disappointed by qty street beggars and feeling quite vulnerable and in secure. Coming from England it was more over powering that we expected. We returned to the Hotel after just a short stroll where we enjoyed an evening meal and drinks and playing in your Casino. The hotel offered a feeling of safety and security that we did not feel on the strip.

I loved the mall. I didn’t like that there is no coffee in the room. You get the keurig pot but was told it cost $23 to have the coffee for the pot. I didn’t like that the refrigerator in the room is filled with their products. There is no room for yours.

Caesars Palace is well appointed and very clean. It’s a beautiful property. The room was large, clean, and quite updated, with a large bathroom. The property is huge so expect long walks. No problem getting taxi service. However, I was very disappointed with my front desk experience. The gentleman checking me in was very indifferent, almost unfriendly. He never asked about room preference or mentioned what floors had rooms available (I overheard other front desk employees being very courteous with guests and explaining they had rooms available on certain floors). After paying an early check-in fee, I was handed the room keys without any explanation. I was shocked when I found that I’d been given a room on the first floor just above the freeway! The air conditioner couldn’t mask all of the road noise. Completely unnecessary, as I know rooms were available on higher floors. Also, when getting a reward card, the employee was very rude and pretty inept. Her coworkers seemed to be on the ball and very friendly. Not a great start to our visit. Many dining options but overpriced, and the casino was somewhat smoky. They need better ventilation. We visited Bellagio and the Venetian while there. Also beautiful properties, less smoky, and reasonable (for Vegas) food prices. I personally won’t book Caesar’s again.

Cesar’s palace was AMAZING. It was so big we could spend a whole day just at this property. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Garden of the Gods pool was TO DIE FOR. I highly recommend purchasing a day bed when you stay. It’s 1000% worth the money. I would go back just to spend my days at the pool. My one and only complaint about the property was our rooms AC didn’t work. We had it set to 65 and the room never got below 74. The room itself however was beautiful and clean. The beds were SUPER comfy. I’ll absolutely come back and recommend others to stay at this property

Fun weekend in Vegas

Comfortable room. Rooms are in need of updating. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful pools. There were no recycling boxes in the guest rooms, it would be nice if boxes were placed into the guest rooms, or at least on the floors to allow guests a chance to recycle papers, plastic bottles, etc.

It was our first time staying at Ceasars. the room definitely was clean. Showed some signs of wear and tear but overall ok. The pools are beautiful and that’s why I stayed there. Was disappointed when we got to the pool they had no towels for guests for over an hour. And the bar prices are outrageous. But we haven’t been to Vegas in years.

My room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. I was told I would receive a text when my room was ready, wrong I had to check to see if it was ready and magically my room was ready. I was told checkin starts a 4pm (starts). Website clearly state checkin is at 4pm! What a joke! They wanted to upgrade my room for like 65 or 75 nope I’m not paying that when you clearly are in the wrong.
