I’ve stayed at Vdara multiple times, but this visit was less enjoyable. The air conditioning in my first room wasn’t working upon check-in. The “Do Not Disturb” button malfunctioned, and overall cleanliness was just average. When I requested a couple of extra bottles of water, the reception declined my request.

Hotel is located in the middle of strip of Las Vegas. Convenient location lots of good dining located near the hotel. Hotel was also very clean and staff provided great service.

Wow, where to begin. Rented what was advertised as a penthouse suite, definitely not penthouse! In its day it was probably a very nice suite ( not penthouse) but is now in need of much love. The furniture is disgraceful, really beaten up. Don’t make the mistake of expecting luxury as you will be sorely disappointed! I have visited Vegas many times and standard rooms in the more upscale hotels far exceeded this “penthouse “!

Vdara doesn't have a casino, so you're not stuck dragging your suitcase all thru one. The rooms are beautiful suites, so have a kitchen, and a sitting area with a tv so you can entertain without feeling like you're in a bedroom. It's also just a couple of minutes walk from Aria, Cosmopolitan, and Bellagio, so lots of dining, gambling, and shopping right there.

The furniture is dated and amenity is lacking for a 5-star hotel. Not very clean either. The view from the fountain view studio is perfect but the window glass is quite dusty and thus impeding the view of the fountain show and the sphere. The TV didn’t have any signal. No wifi in room. Water doesn’t drain well in the shower which is gross. The only blanket in the room is very thin. The phone is also broken and we couldn’t make calls to the front desk to ask for anything. The self parking is difficult to get to and takes 10-minute walk but the $40 per night valet parking is quite fast and convenient. Everything in the hotel is overpriced. Smart water is $12 plus tax a bottle just to give you some idea. In addition to the Expedia booking, we need to pay $145 resort fee and tax which we weren’t aware of before. The location is good but lots of noise from the strip at night disrupting sleep. We won’t stay here again.
