Highly recommend Versailles Tower. It is a long walk from check-in to Versailles. We stayed for a long weekend, and the bed was comfortable and the pool was great. Free drinks on the casino floor, and the service was friendly and fast. The hotel room was clean, and larger than the photos looked. This casino is in the middle of the strip, so it's walking distance to all the casinos. Highly recommend for price and location.

The Bar should have free waters each day. Cost of water is ridiculous. Paris should show some sandwich options that are not $20 like the basic tuna sandwich I bought. Coffee was not replaced. Also, Body wash was empty 2 days until I asked for it. For the money we pay, those services should be checked every day

Hidden $60 a night resort fee. Kept getting emails for virtual check-in even though it would tell me after trying to check in that I had to visit the front desk anyway since virtual check-in wasn't available. Gave me the key to the wrong room. Urine stains on the clearly uncleaned toilet. AC blows directly onto your head when you're sleeping. The bed itself at least seemed clean but otherwise not a particularly nice experience.

We didn’t like how we were treated by the casino staff, especially one of the managers. We were asking some questions about where to get the card to play the machines, but we were ignored by several staff members, including the manager, who was walking around and seemed more focused on attending older customers. It was a little disappointing.
