⭐️⭐️ 2 Stars – Disappointed Overall
As a frequent traveler who absolutely loves Las Vegas, I was looking forward to trying Palms Place due to an event I’m attending. Unfortunately, from check-in through the entire stay, the experience has been far below what I’m accustomed to in both service and hospitality.
Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor — a mixture of urine and mild mold. Not exactly the welcome you expect when checking into a Vegas property.
We turned on the housekeeping light and left the room at 10:45 AM. I saw the housekeeping cart near our door. When we returned after 2:30 PM, the room had not been serviced. I had to call downstairs just to request clean towels. Despite calling downstairs twice and leaving the housekeeping light on the entire stay, the room was never cleaned at any point.
Courtesy has not been consistent. The bellmen and concierge staff often look at guests without greeting them. However, they are very quick to selectively ask some guests (but not others) to show their key cards, which felt inconsistent and uncomfortable.
At check-in, I asked for water and was told none was available. Small details matter.
I do want to acknowledge Alejandro at check-in — he showed genuine hospitality and professionalism. He was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.
Additionally, there is no room service or available on-site meal options, which is inconvenient for a Las Vegas property.
