The bathtub did not have hot water, the shower knob was broken I called about it on Friday it was never fixed, house keeping didn’t stop by once and we left Sunday so we had to reuse towels. Area was also quiet a bit dusty.

Ww wanted a convenient staycation to enjoy some local entertainment. Clean room, adequate amenities, convenient location, responsive staff, good security, great skywalk to the Palms Casino. Check-in process was stressful. No rooms were "cleared" as clean, waited past the 3pm promised time with perishable groceries getting warm. We would give them another try and potentially recommend to visiting family, based on the other factors.
