Very simple, no coffee pot, Fridge, or water We were told that the hotel was closing for renovation, because for that reason we did not make a fuss.

1:30 am, we went to the "Entrance" for Buffalo Bill Casino. But when we went there, the doors and lights were off. We then asked a security guy where we needed to check in. He told us "across the street" which didn't help because there were many streets and parking lots. So we went to a completely different building that we guessed was what the security gaurd told us to go to. We went into the building and noone was at the front desk to help us. The other staff went back to get a guy and he still took over 10 minutes just to greet us. We were checking in and they were nice enough to tell us about thier veteran discount, but then made my handicap parents walk across the whole building to "register" for veteran stuff. Once we finally got our room and info. We (non-smokers) had to walk across the whole smoking section, which made us not feel so well. When we got to the room, is was subpar and nothing to really talk about. We slept and we were woken up to the cleaning ladies opening our door without knocking hard enough to hear. We told them, we would be right out and then the lady that helped us at the front desk, the next morning was so nice and willing to help us.

Ghost town.

It was a ghost town. We were just passing through and staying for one night but everything had closed down, except Denny’s. Room was gross. The woman that checked us in was super sweet though.

Old and tired - Overpriced.

Very old and tired hotel (all 3 associated with Prime are the same - old and over priced. I only stay there because it's near the Mojave National Preserve, where I have business. Otherwise, would never stay here. Overpriced and a horrible hotel.

Horrible experience

We booked for Buffalos Bills. Resort was closed. We had to investigate where to check in after NOT seeing anyone available to check us in. We called a number listed on their counter that dorected us to another hotel across the street to check in. We were charged 130.00 more for the two rooms we initially booked at Biffalos Bills. Horrible smell throughout hallways and rooms. Dirty counters and tables inside room. If we had arrived earlier, we would've cancelled and booked somewhere else.

Poor Primm Nevada Cassinos

My reservations were in the Buffalo Bill Hotel and Cassino, but it is a part of Primm Nevada and Primm Cassino, also now closed WhiskeyPete's. I titled my review "Poor Primm Nevada" as at one time this boarder town to Nevada was a active, full service Hotel's and Cassino's. It started with a shack of Whiskey Pete' later built to a full resort. But the best was when Primm Cassino was first built then came Buffalo Bills. All three properties offered restaurants , pools, gaming, golf courses, tournaments, live everynight stage performers, and star headliners in the auditoriums. Now its barely running, in fact the word from staff was Buffalo Bill cassino and hotel side would be closing soon, only leaving Primm Cassino. no frills, the concerts and performers are lower billing, less known. The whole cassino perks and pleasures are gone. No valet, eating facilities are limited . and the place is run down. It appears they do their best to keep it clean. But its not was it had been, Maybe an Indian Tribe needs to take it over?
